To change size of image slides you can edit width value of “one-sliderframe” and “one-sliderview” classes in “oneslider.css” file.

Tried contacting you via support email but recieved no response so I’m posting here.
I have purchased the plugin and there seems to be a bug in it.
When you view the slider in a mobile device, the slider changes images when you swipe left or right. However, if you open the text box of any image and then close it; from that point on it wont slide/change image upon swiping.
Please look into it and tell me how to fix this.

Anyway, I have actually had a developer of mine modify the code into a wordpress plugin. So once you’ve found a solution, please let me know what code changes need to be done so I can have the developer do it for the plugin.

I made a fix for the issue. I am testing it, if there is no problem I will update it soon.
If you can’t wait you can try to edit “CloseSubContent($button)” function in the “oneslider.dev.js” file.
Add these lines:$pause = false; $hovered = false;after ”$hover = true;” line.
This change will enable the swipe function on mobile devices.

Is the change that you mentioned above the only thing different in the new version?
As mentioned before, I’ve had the code modified into a wordpress plugin so I’d have to make the necessary changes in this edited code. Can’t download the new version and work on that again.
So please let me know as you did above the specific changes I have to make so as to make my plugin the equivalent of the latest version.

I’m not a coder so wouldn’t be able to figure any of that out.
I had this plugin created by another developer who I had to pay to do this job. Now while I can except him to make the changes if I give him exactly what is to be replaced; I can’t expect him to look through the new version again. That would incur further costs on top of what I’ve already paid both for this code and the plugin made from it.
Since you know exactly what changes you have made; it would be a whole lot easier and more efficient if you’d just share the changes with me (similar to how you did above). So can you please do it?

In the new version, I added a “getScrollBarWidth()” function and a variable:
var $sw = getScrollBarWidth();
and many lines related to $sw variable. You can tell your coder search ”$sw” keyword in the source code to see where I added new lines. I think he will know what to do in a few minutes.

What about that previous change you mentioned to me? For the mobile view bug? Is that good to go after testing? And are these $sw ones also a correction to that problem or something else?

I checked your site and see it has still used the old version of the plugin.
You can try to replace the “oneslider.min.js” file in “wp-content/plugins/nst-slider/assets/js” folder by the new one and test again.

Can I use this on the Wordpress?????
Hi,
Because this plugin is just standalone plugin so you can not install it like Wordpress plugins. If you want to use it on your Wordpress sites you have to edit source code (your theme files) to in integrate it into your theme manually.

Is it possible to stop effects on content and image ? I mean take this scenarios 1) When I click on next prev, just for fraction of 3-4 seconds there is blank screen and than comes the image with content from left or right as per nav control. 2) When I click on thumbs image shows instantly but content shows after some fade effect so here also for fraction of seconds content area is blank and than content comes up.
Can you please let me know what changes might be required.

Is this a plugin? Does it have just a simple fade effect? When you have multiply thumbs that would expand past the width of the slider do the thumbs scroll or maybe they stack on top of each other?

OneSlider is a standalone plugin (not wordpress plugin) and it has fade effect.
When you have a lot of thumbnails the plugin will display some that fit the width, when a new slide is shown a new thumbnail will appear. You can resize your browser width to see how it works.

Oh don’t worry. I realise now that it was because I deleted the thumbnails and obviously touching the nav section is a no no.

Also, I had set HideSliderNav to true. But even when I show the navigation and try to move to next slide with it, the image moves off screen and then nothing shows. I can’t even click back to the original slide?

Initial slide works but then the next slide doesn’t appear? In demo I copied over slide pack 1, and that was fine. I then recopied that for slide pack 2 just to see how it works, but nothing. The second slide doesn’t appear at all….

This plugin does not support full screen mode at this time. The plugin only support full width, the height must be set manually by ratio param.
If you are looking for a full screen slider you may consider my ScreenSlider plugin.

1. Can the thumbnails be on the bottom and not on the side? 2. Can I have short text (Title of Slide) beneath each thumbnail to entice the visitor to click on it to view it larger above similar to Yahoo’s page http://www.yahoo.com?

1. At current version the thumbnails can be on the bottom or the top of the top of the slider ( Horizontal layout ).
2. Basically, you can add a short text for each thumbnail ( Navigation Item ) by editing HTML and CSS.

Hello – I am not a programmer but can get around some plugins like this. I have the one-slider positioned on my page with the set up linking to css, js and the call to the plugin. I have 2 slides in the html but it doesn’t move after the first slide comes in. I am checking my code to the source code on your demo and cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. Suggestions welcome

I checked your site and see you have removed “Slider Nav Section”. Note: You can hide the Slider Nav but you can not remove it ( in this version ) and Nav Item amount MUST be equal slide amount.
To fix your problem you just add Slider Nav Section ( like demo ). If you still get problems please send me email.

Hi, I can’t seem to figure out how to change the width of the “one-slidecontent” that travels from left to right (and similarly the one that goes from right to left) across the background image?
In case I’m not making sense, (not familiar with the terminology yet) an example is the effect on slide 3 of demo 3. The transparent slide covers approximately 30% of the background. How can I change that percentage?

You can change width of “one-slidecontent” easily by changing width value in CSS file. Please open CSS file and search [data-pos=”right”] ( for right position ) or [data-pos=”left”] ( for left position ).
Note: you may need to change width value in many line for many screen resolutions.

Yes, you can show only image, just remove content in “one-slidecontentholder” block. In the demo, the last slide just show only an image.
