Unfortunately, the update (1.1.7) did not solve the problem. To double check it, I removed the plugin fully and installed the new version again. Did you test it yourself? I have still the same screen, the configuration page is completely blank except for the tabs: https://pasteboard.co/GTEuTszwbNPs.png

for some reason when you click the link it gives a 404 sometimes, but refresh and you will see the issue. any idea what is going on here?

{city} – Customers city

{state} – Customers state

{country} – Customers country

{product} – Product title

{product_with_link} – Product title with link

{time_ago} – Time after purchase

But the Product date is not supported. If you are interested, we can customize and add date support for messages.

To set the delay time you have to configure the Next time display Setting from the Time tab. You can increase delay using this option.

Related to your query, No our plugin will work on browsers only for notification within the website but desktop notification works outside of the browser as well.

Yes notification can be visible on any pages you can select pages from the assign tab of woocommerce sales notifications settings.
