On admin side can you make badge on Notes (header) when new one is created, also you should create global notification that there is new note.. For now only broadcast message have notification.

Can everyone write a Note? I mean can admin specify which users role can access noteboard to send messages?
Q. Can I control which staff can create or view notes? A. Yes. You can manage permissions for who can create, view, or manage noteboard messages through Perfex CRM’s role management.

You’re welcome and thanks for your prompt reply. I do have issue though. I create a role that’s not admin and added a user that role and give all privileges to NoteBoard, however it does show the user NoteBoard at all. What am I doing wrong?

Perfex Saas Compatible ?
Hello, We haven’t officially tested the NoteBoard module with the Perfex SaaS version, but since it’s developed using Perfex’s standard module structure and does not require any core file changes, it should work smoothly in most SaaS setups.
The module also supports sending messages to both staff members (admins) and customers, which adds flexibility and should align well with how SaaS users are structured.
