Pre-sale question: We need a timetable for a congress. There will be workshops and speakers in different halls. For visitors it must be clear what time and in which room they should be. We also want to use different colors. The congress is 1 day. We are using Theme Avada.

I just updated plugin and noticed that popup thumbnail is not showing anymore (just showing a background color where image is supposed to be).

1. Can you explain the requirement again? Do you want to have 3 events, and 3 days schedule for each event, then each event will display on each timetable?
If yes, our event can’t do that feature, but our class setting can do it.

Hi, I just installed this plugin, but I notice some strange behavior when using the advanced scheduling option. I set a class time from 09:00 – 09:45, after I safe it, the time has changed to 11:07 – 09:45.
When I put in al whole week of class times, I don’t see in on the schedule in the frontend.

Hi, the timezone was indeed not set correctly (0 instead of +1 ) but this didn’t fix the issue. I notice the issue when I put in the time manually instead of using the time selector. If this is a known ‘bug’, please make it possible to enter time manual, this works way faster than scrolling in a massive time list.
Another issue: I don’t see my classes in the week calendar on the frontend. I’ve set an open date and filled 5 days with times of the class but it won’t show up. This is my shortcode in the page: [ntt_schedule item_limit=”0” min_time=”8:00:00” max_time=”22:00:00”]

Hi, is it possible to get the timetable for a single class in a page? Or would it be possible to overwrite some noo template files without losing it when updating the plugin? Also, I Would like to see a translation in Dutch.

With the timetable, we get the class by category. If you want to get the class by ID, we can do the custom. But with the plugin, the custom will be lost when updating. It not like the theme, you can use the child theme.
To translate the plugin to Dutch, you can use some plugin as Loco Translate.

That’s to bad, I like the idea of the class page but it doesn’t fit in my theme. (i.e, the header image is missing) I’ve tried entering the time of the classes manually and hit enter after it, but after I save the page, time time slots are messed up again. Wouldn’t it be better to just set a simple text field instead of time? I’m using this on a macbook and it’s very, very sensible when scrolling on this list. Selecting the needed time is almost undoable.
Other question, were can I set an image for a class? When clicking a class in the schedule there’s this big round image area but can’t find this option when editing/creating a class
Yes, we see the issue with open time when input the text. It can’t save the value if you don’t select from the dropdown. We will fix that issue soon.

Hi, found the issue. The post-thumbnail support was set for specific post-types.
Next issue, I’ve a class named Salsa & Zumba but the & character is not displayed correctly in the list view. It shows Salsa & Zumba. When I click it, it’s displayed normally.
Also, the category is shown on mobile even when turned off in global and specific settings

Hi, I would like to know, if your plugin or theme can fulfill the following requests. They are crucial to us.
We would like to develop a website for a training center. All courses (20+) are free of charge for the participants. The classe will be taught in real classrooms.
We are looking for a plugin (or a theme) which solve the following process / problems:
1. We will have a courseoverview site with all courses we offer. The overview should be generated as a list, portfolio and a calendar.
2. In the calendar view it is possible to see, which courses will be hold in which time periods. Maybe different courses get different colors.
3. From the calendar, list and portfolio (grid) the user can link to a course detail page.
4. On the course detail page he can get all necessary infos like content, teachers, start and end time, etc. (It is important to know, that one course can be hold at multiple periodes of time e.g. course XYZ from 1.3.19 – 20.3.19 and from 1.6.19 – 20.6.19; this should be visible in the calendar view.
5. If the prospect participant likes the course he can flag (choose) the course WITHOUT registration. For example he puts it in his list of favorite courses. Name and periods should be visible in the list.
(he can repeat steps 3 – 5)
6. When the user is satisfied with his choice he can go to his personal list of favourite courses. Here he sees all his selected courses: 1, 2, …n with name and start- and end time (thats important because there are several teaching periode for the same course). Now he emails this list to the admin of the page. Same time the user also gets an email confirmation listing his selected courses. This all should happenn without registration of the user. The list will be deleted after the user ends his session (cookie).

2. with the calendar view, you can see all the class info as our demo, it will use the category color for the class background color.
3. Yes, you can link to class detail on the calendar.

5. We don’t have the favorite feature for the class.

Still some questions to be clarified: 1) can the user toggle between list and calendar view? 2) do you have a booking system integrated? 2.1) if so: is guest booking possible? 3) Is timetable compatible with Elementor? 4) can I configure timetable without wpbackery? If so there are any disadvantages e.g. not using timetable owned elements for WPB?

2. We don’t support booking system with the plugin.
3. It doesn’t support the Elementor widget, but you still can using the calendar by using the shortcode.
4. Yes, you can use the plugin without WPBackery. We have support classic editor of WP.

Hi, im added some classes and i show it like calendar using shortcode ([ntt_schedule item_limit=”0” min_time=”9:00:00” max_time=”22:00:00” class_cat=”6,23,24,25,26,27,28,31”]) but i can see the classes for category ID 31 (http://ebb.coroleu.com/horarios/horarios-barcelona/) is rare because the classes appear here http://ebb.coroleu.com/clases/ any idea why? i do it something wrong? thanks in advanced.
maybe is some limitation of quantity of classes to show… but i not limit on shorcode… is rare. thanks again.

Please increase the PHP execution time on the PHP setting, and check your class setting again. I’m afraid you have the class repeat too many weeks, you should reduce the “number of week” to smaller and check it again.

Hi. I really like this plugin but for some reason the calendar just disappears when the viewport is 990px or below (basically on mobil devices). I tried every different combination in VC on multiple themes but the list view (like in the example on your website) doesn’t work and i’ve got a blank spot on my site. Is this an issue or am I missing something?

Yes, our theme can work with Divi theme and another page builder. It uses the classic editor to add the shortcode. Just have the issue with tabs shortcode on the Divi theme. It can’t load the correct timetable when you change the tabs content.

Yes, if you have two class per day, it will resize the content to fit with the class column. So you can hide the weekend if you don’t have the class at the weekend to increase the width of the day. Or increase the row height by adding the custom CSS.
