Hello, I want to ask what might be the problem because it seems that the connection is broken, I tested it on friday and it was all ok but today it doesn’t work anymore.

I’ve checked based on the logs file and fixed the problem, thank you. One more question there are fields which are not shown when I send the data, a checkbox list and a select and a radio list. What might be happening? Thank you in advance

Hello!

In order for the selection to work correctly, the values must match exactly the Pipedrive from the field.

For example, in the Pipedrive in the field `Region` you have the value `Region Test` so that it is selected, then from the field in the form the value should be the same – `Region Test`.

Today our DEALS are coming into Pipedrive but no ACTIVITY is being created. It was working fine last night but has now stopped working. This video shows the issue (! symbol next to deal means no activity has been created).

I also have the log file but seems like I can’t upload files to this comment?

We have used your plugin for a while and it’s great, never any delays from ninja submission to pipedrive… however the past two days we are noticing severe delays.

Example of what is happening:

- Ninja submitted at 10:15 am on 24th July - Form not coming through to Pipedrive on 24th at all - On 25th July form comes into Pipedrive (and here’s the really weird bit) with the correct time stamp of 10:15am on the 24th July

Really sorry but can you tell me how to update again? I have downloaded the latest file from Envato but not sure what to do next without breaking the existing setup/integrations

Don’t worry, you can safely delete the current plugin and install a new one – the settings will not be lost.

In fact, you can use a more convenient way of updating so that it happens the same as with free plugins – you can use the plugin from Envato https://envato.com/market-plugin/

I am trying to put a new lead coming from Ninjaforms directly to a specific pipeline, but there is no option to add a new subscriber to a specific Pipeline as you say in your landing page. Please guide me asap. Thanks

Please specify what do you mean by `subscriber`? It will be great if you add a screenshot.

Pipelines are only for deals. You can specify the necessary pipeline and stage for the deal when setting up deal fields.

Sorry to bother you again. I have the envato WP plugin for both of my active licenses with this plugin. I want to update the plugin but the only option with Envato Plugin is to ‘Install’ the button again. When I do this it tells me the folder already exists and I can not install. How do I do this?

Some of our custom ‘Person’ fields are not updating when a user submits a web form. I have a screenshot I can show you of this.

The form in question is ‘Online Application’

The fields are ‘Online Application’ which should be updating to ‘Yes’ and ‘Last Action’ which should be updating to ‘Online Application’.

I’m not sure this is relevant but these submissions are actually a second submission by the customer. So they have already submitted a Ninja Form before, which is using this plugin. This snow a second submission of a form but the fields are not updating.

Below is a paste of my original message. Just to let you know that with the update installed it still is not working for us. We also have another issue that has never happened before where it creates a new deal but then tags the deal against the incorrect company (one existing customer that is already in Pipedrive). We spoke to Pipedrive about this but they asked us to mention it to you since it only started happening since we updated the plugin. Did you make any changes that might result in this happening?

`Person update` – I checked the work with different options, and with the list – everything is ok. Perhaps you have not activated the toggle `UPDATE AN EXISTING PERSON` in the person fields?

`mismatch of organization` – indeed it could happen if part of the name of the organization was the same. Already decided. Please use the latest version.

Hi,

We purchased our second license this week. We have verified the purchase in WP and have added the Pipedrive API.

In Emails & Actions we have added the notification called ‘Pipedrive (Deal)’

It is pulling in the person contact into Pipedrive but it is not creating a Deal, Activity or a Note.

I have set this up exactly the same as our first license which is working fine. What is going wrong?

Purchased the plugin, and integrated it with Ninja Forms, and set up the “Emails and Actions” to pass details through to create a new deal.

However, when submitting a form, a new deal is not created on Pipedrive, although the testing email account received an email, but no new deals are created?

How can I diagnose the problem?

Check, please:

- you may have empty required fields marked with a red star. A deal has a required field of `Title`, and may also have custom required fields.

- also you may simply not see the deal in the list due to the field setting `Visible to`.

Good plugin but it does not support the Conditional Login add-on from Ninja Forms so I cannot stop the action occurring based on a value in the form. Please can you fix this. Thanks
