I strongly do not recommend customization. There are many scammers who take your money and deliver nothing. I personally paid over $2,000 for customization and was scammed up to now, they no longer respond.
We’re surprised to see this feedback as the project was fully delivered and deployed to your server. We spent 4 months (double the original timeline) ensuring every custom feature was functional. While we were away briefly for the Eid holiday, we had already handed over the technical management to your team as agreed. We take pride in our work and always ensure the code is live before closing a project.
I would like to clarify several points regarding your service.
First of all, you should not be surprised by my reaction. On multiple occasions, I reported the website’s downtime and issues. You consistently blamed the server, while in reality, the problem was elsewhere. I even had to identify and fix part of the issue myself.
Furthermore, the site is still experiencing major malfunctions, particularly with user login, which has not been resolved despite my repeated follow-ups. I have contacted you several times without receiving any response, which is unacceptable for a paid service.
When a client pays for customization, they expect a functional result, proper follow-up, and responsive communication. Unfortunately, this level of service has not been met.
An unsatisfied client raises concerns so they can be resolved. This is not about justifying anything, but about properly reviewing the issues and delivering concrete fixes.
I ask you to seriously revisit this project, thoroughly analyze the problems, and implement the necessary corrections to meet the expected quality standards.

Incomplete package – Missing Database Schema/Seed Data
I am disappointed with this purchase. The script is sold as a complete solution, but it is missing a vital component: the database schema or seed data. When trying to deploy the application, the Next.js build fails because the frontend expects specific API routes and data structures that are not present in the database.
A professional script should always include a .sql dump, a JSON export, or an ‘npm run seed’ command to initialize the system. Without these, the buyer is forced to reverse-engineer the entire backend logic just to get the site running. This should have been clearly stated in the product description. I do not recommend this if you expect a smooth, out-of-the-box installation.

It appears there is a slight misunderstanding regarding the tech stack of the product. This project is built using Node.js with Mongoose (MongoDB), not Prisma. Because MongoDB is a NoSQL, schema-less database, the workflow is different from what you might expect with SQL-based systems:
- No Prisma Schema needed: We use Mongoose models defined directly within the backend code.
- Automatic Initialization: You do not need a `.sql` dump. Once you provide your `mongoURI` in the `.env` file and start the server, Mongoose automatically initializes the collections (tables) in your MongoDB instance the moment the first connection is made.
- Seed Data: The database structure is generated dynamically as you interact with the application. Once connected, you can immediately create your Admin account, which will then allow you to populate categories, brands, and products via the dashboard.
To get your environment running today, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure your MongoDB instance is running (or use a MongoDB Atlas URI). 2. Input your `mongoURI` into your `.env` file. 3. Start the backend server. 4. Access the application to create your first Admin user; the collections will generate automatically in your database.
The product is complete and functional as designed with the Mongoose framework. If you have any trouble finding where the models are defined in the backend folder, I am happy to point you to the specific directory so you can verify the structure yourself.
