This app has a lot of potential, but unfortunately my experience with the developer left much to be desired.
1. The mileage is very inaccurate and the developer was unable to fix this. A short drive of 5mins will show readings of thousands of km driven which is impossible.
2. The app has a lot of bug issues. Most drivers who are using the app complain of not being able to log in or create a new account. It aways gives the error message 'something went wrong'.
3. The developer charged over $1,000 for customizations and extra $300 to create an Apple developer account for me which he was unable to do. The agreement was for the $300 to be used as payment for a new customization since he was unable to create the Apple account. However, the developer till date has failed to do the customization or refund my $300.
4. After I was able to pay someone on Fiverr to create the Apple developer account, the developer refused to finish the work by pushing the app to Apple store and demanded new payments for this, which has already been paid for.
5. The developer seems to have a poor attitude and very unprofessional with his dealings.
6. Now I'm having to pay another developer to fix some of the bugs and push to Apple store, which is costing me more money.
My conclusion is that this app is buggy and will need a lot of customizations. My advice to others is to avoid this totally so as not to fall into this trap and lose your money.
Total waste of money and time.
