Your plugin is not compatible with PHP 8.x. I get a fatal error when I update my PHP version from 7.x to 8.x and when I de-activate your plugin, all works fine so it is without a doubt the My Team Showcase plugin that is causing the fatal error. I wanted to open a support ticket but I don’t feel I should be paying extra for this. This is not a custom support request but a real technical issue with your plugin that could affect other users as well.
Hi, if I do pay for the support extension, will you be able to update your plugin so it is compatible with PHP 8.x? I don’t feel I should be paying for this, but if it avoids me having to switch to another plugin that does work with a higher PHP version, I would consider it.

On mobile the profiles look terrible. Sometimes they stack on top of each other. I also would liek to know how do we display the profiles in two columns rather than 1 column.

How should they be sorted by name? Additionally, leaving certain fields empty disrupts the layout. For instance, the layout is broken if one user does not have an email address while the others do.

There must be a search function within the team. I don’t buy it because it doesn’t exist

For the custom link, it appears that only the image is clickable. Is there a way to make the name clickable in addition to the image?
It depends of the chosen Template, different elements are clickable. You may change the templates if you wish, but is requesting your own custom work.
The sorting on last name is case sensitive. If you sort alphabetically, John Foe comes before john doe. If you change this last one to John Doe, the sorting is correct. If you have people that don’t have a capital in their last name, the sorting on alphabet will we incorrect.

I don’t want to pay for renewal of my support just to report to you that there is an error in the way your plugin sorts alphabetically. I can fix the sorting manually myself. Just wanted to make a suggestion so you can correct this faulty sorting in a future update and improve the quality of your plugin.

I am looking to create a grid with employees and their entry / hire date at the company. I wish to display their picture and their entry / hire date in descending order. As an extra I would like to display how much time has passed since the time of employment.
I run this plugin on the version 2.8 I think however I bought it over the company account.

The support ticketing system that you have does not accept my purchase code for version 2.8, I am not allowed to submit my question. What am I to do? Purchase a new support licence to tell me eventually that my request is not possible?

The system accept the purchase code, but the reason that your ticket was not submitted have been clearly mentioned to you. Your are not allowed to submit tickets because your support period has expired in 2018, almost 4 years ago.

I would like to use this plugin to populate a field from the plugin as “employment date” and then display the users with this field. I would also like to display the users regarding this date in a descending order with eventually showing how much time has passed since employment date. Is this possible?
Right now I am using this plugin in version 2.8. I am willing to update if there is any solution to my question above.

You may filter members based on their Team, not such other user details like country.

Can I change the Post Type from. imt_team to mystaff and will this change the url path. 3. Hello, We filled out a support ticket and no reply email with a support ticket number.
Check your Spam/Junk folder or try to use a less restrictive email address.
No email was received even in junk/spam folder. The email address has been used for years with any support through ThemeForest products. Please send the email again, we need the issue with the plugin resolved.
The ticket have been received and handled already. Emails are sent automatically by the support system and there is no way to send those communication emails manually. Still, you may contract the development team via Profile form in order to send you the Ticket ID.
“The ticket have been handled already.” What does that mean? We sent another email through the profile and have not received a reply.
Should we start another ticket!? We need this PHP error resolved!
