This Item has made with html, css, jQuery and php for sending email to Admin/recipient. email Template also added. You can customize the form as you need and for this you have to work on html, js and php. Thanks
This looks very close to what I need. I have a question. I understand this form just e-mails the data to the user correct? Can the data be stored in a database for later retrieval?

Hi, Currently when visitor will submit the form an email will received the site admin. If you need autoresponder you have to customize the script. If you have any more query please contact through Item page support tab. Thank You

Thanks for the amazing plugin.
I don’t like step 5 in the form. (I think when you show everything to the user, some user will decide not to submit)
So I tried to put the submit button on step4 (instead of the next button) and it works.
But when I try to use the submit button on step 3 it’s not working. (but I only need 3 steps)
Can you tell me what to do or at least why it is not working so I can try to find a solution?

Hi,
Thank you for contacting. If you need the form 3 steps then you have to work on html and js to remove the extra step code. From html you have to remove the extra step html form code and also have to remove jQuery validation code from js file. Hi, is there approval process? For example when user submit the form1 then it will require administrator to approve the submitted form before the user can fill the next form.
Hi, sorry to say there is no such approval process included in this form. But if you need you can do it by yourself by customizing the script. But I think it will be lengthy process and user will be discourage to fill the form and you will loss user (Just my thought). Thanks

About conditional logic you can do it by customizing the form for doing this will need html and jquery knowledge. About repeater currently this feature not included in the item. Hi, if you are jQuery expert then it can be very easy. Just to inform you in that case you have to check the each step all form fields are filled properly and have to forward next steps. In our demo: Style 3 (Autocomplete Off and Next/Back Button hidden) buttons are hidden and will be active when all mandatory form fields will be filled properly. you can use this one and instead of active button you have to forward next step. Again You need jQuery knowledge to do this. Thank You

how can remove certain field? i remove from html but it doesn’t go to next screen . i tried editing multi-step-form JS but i am confused. for example i want to remove “reqfeatures” can you help?

Thank you for your concern.
Before going to next step jQuery validation will check all required field has inputted properly. For removing field for example Select Features (reqfeatures) you have to remove the field code from html file and also
have to remove from js and php files.
If you search reqfeatures in js file you will see it in nextStep2 and nextStep5, please remove those from there and also
you have to remove from php file.

how do i disable the captcha? For the phone part , any way i can edit it where user is typing number and it shows only numbers on iPhone ?

About phone no: phone validation already exist in this plugin. If you mean not to show + or country code format in case of visitor type currently this feature not exist in this plugin.
Before Submitting the form (Last step) jQuery will check the math captcha has solved correctly. For removing math captcha you have to remove the field code from html file and also have to remove code from js file.
In js file you will see a comment around line 10: Math Captcha for all Form. remove all js code from there around line 10 – 26. And also you have to replace line 57 – 69 with the following code: event.preventDefault(); submitForm();

Sorry this isn’t working. when line 10-26 is removed the calendar disappears as well.
Hi, you have to remove the code bellow the comment: Math Captcha for all Form. for calendar there was comment: Bootstrap Datepicker. Calendar js code is bellow the captcha code. In js file every section has well commented, please check. if you have still problem to remove captcha please send us your html & js file. we will take care about this. Thank You
