This is a really good script. I find it really easy to use and adapt to my need. The author is also very good and respond fast and well to queries. Even when I had a customization issue that is not supposed to be part of the support. He helped me and SOLVE the issue very swiftly in less than 24 hours. I wrote a an addendum PHP snippets to connect the form to my database but I made some mistakes which he sited very easily and help me fix it. I believe he will be willing to help anyone who purchase his scripts equally. I recommend this script to anyone. The form flow is great plus the script is elegantly written.
