Before you rate anything it is recommended to ask for support. I've never got your question for this plugin. This rating now seems just like frustration, not real experience.
Although I am facing problems with the plugin , but their support is great.

Problem was due to incompatibility with smooth scroll plugin. When smooth scroll plugin is deactivated, Multiscroll works without problem.
