I love it but i am give 3 stars because it dose not have bulk image import option.
The plugin interface is easy to use and I've inserted it into my website in a blink of an eye. My website looks professional now.

Support has been good and we have been able to acheive something quickly to save on hours of code.
Pros
1. Output looks great when you get all the settings sorted
2. It allows us to quickly acheive something for an MVP
3. Very responsive support
4. Documentation is provided
Cons
1. Code quality questionable. No proper alignment, no comments. No clarity on what is what.
2. Lack of attention to detail to the admin UX experience.
3. Tough to add slider images, as I can add only one per upload button click, again UX.
4. A lot of of js in front end... not great. For example could be set to not load the eccess JS and CSS that is not needed if lightboxes are not in use.
5. Creates a two tables in DB, one with 60 columns. Both could have been acheived with WP Standards such as post types and options.
Next time I would purchase instead the JS version and configure myself as a BB addon rather than the plugin as it stands.

I recommend
Horribly coded, doesn't follows WordPress coding standards at all, bloated with scripts, very hard to customize.
No idea how this kind of stuff is allowed here.

Hello,
The product respects WordPress rules and all the scripts and css files are included with wp_enqueue_script() and wp_enqueue_style().
It is very easy to customize, just by selecting the desired parameters. A 'Preview' option is available to check your carousel before publishing it on the site. We also have detailed video tutorials for each section.
