I want to duplicate the kot kitchen printer. Its like two printer should to do the same print. Is multi printer have that feature?

What are the printer requirements, should it be a lan printer ? and how do we identify the printer per Branch and per kitchen / bar locations? in a Branch there could be 2 or more printers. How will we identify each printers per branch?
It works with both LAN and network printers. You need to install our Printer Helper application, which manages the print jobs. Please check the printer settings in the TableTrack application — it controls which printer is assigned to each KOT. The system can work with multiple printers within the same branch.

Just bought this and 1. The Add Kitchen button is not showing at all unlike your demo site. Why? 2. The Manage items when assigning items to a kitchen, it does not show my existing unlike your demo site.

Can I automatically print POS orders or customer orders with this? It’s important for me that they print automatically without pop-ups. What settings do I need to configure to connect printers, for example, via IP over the internet?
You need to install the desktop application for that. You can find the desktop application from printer setting page
very good, it would be good if they added the option of “cash opening” when starting and ending the day in the POS

I saw you have depreciated printing feature but why? I think you can still utilise something like https://github.com/NielsLeenheer/WebBluetoothReceiptPrinter
Because i’m very much interested if it do have KOT print functionality because most restaurant still prefers print than KDS
The printing feature was not functioning properly, so we have removed it for now. We are currently exploring a more reliable solution.

the addon has a bug, because after buying it and adding it to the table track, it does not appear in the restaurant. Really bad. The support also takes a long time to respond

There’s a bug. When I click on the kitchen menu, “the translation is set to English,” but on the website, I’ve set another language, and when I return to another menu, the language returns to normal!

i want to ask if for like fast food if customer is on cash and place order so the printer should print 2 paper one for him as payment reciept and one for kitchen is this available at same time ?

If You will use two kitchens and order for both kitchens at the same time. Then it will show two print at the same time.

since am using extended license for the SAAS. do i need to get the extended license here too to use addon. can i use the regular license instead. if yes, is there any benefit and disadvantage.
You can use the Regular License of modules
Hello, could we have a grand total with the total of products ordered by day? Like Monday = 32 pizzas ; 45 Hamburgers (for the total of orders)
