Yes, you can incorporate this form, but before it you need to buy extended license and you can’t sell same as it is.

I was trying to make the form work, 10 times in a row I got an error of postal code …. ridiculous ….. I leave the test and discard the purchase …

because I could not prove the operation of the form, because it is mandatory to put the postal code ….... and I do not know what the cp of those countries is (look for them in fakenamegenerator and it did not work), and the ones I tried rejected me …..

no .. the problem is that you set the Postal Code field as mandatory …..
Also, I am already analyzing other options, I advise you to eliminate the restrictions and make the form test easier … because I told you the problem, most of the possible clients will simply leave without saying anything
you can remove Postal Code field as a mandatory, you can set any one field as mandatory or not , so this is not a issue. when you buy this plugin, you can see this option in document, how to remove and set any field as mandatory

This is Simple jQuery and html based wizard . still this features is not available , but if you required it then you can make easily this features inside the plugin.
