Hi, does it work with woocommerce? does it get the location from the vendor location fields or I have to add location to each single products?

Hi there,

Thank you for your inquiry, it is compatible with WooCommerce, you can add the location or import the location using CSV (sample csv provided in the admin area).

Hi there,

Thank you for your inquiry and great feedback, upon inspection, if you press f12 key, you will see the error below

This service requires an API key. For more information on authentication and Google

Since, June 22nd, 2016, Google API key is made required by Google, you can refer to this knowledge base article for more info http://superstorefinder.net/support/knowledgebase/new-google-maps-after-22-june-2016-will-require-google-api-key/

As for Region filter, the region works as Point of Interest (POI) where you can enter locations and it will depend on the radius settings you’ve set at the admin settings page, it will show the result based on radius. You can refer to this article for more info http://superstorefinder.net/support/knowledgebase/how-to-change-distance-radius-settings/

If you would like to customize grouping filter, you may need to request as customization via the contact form here https://codecanyon.net/user/highwarden more info on grouping customization is available in this article http://superstorefinder.net/support/knowledgebase/grouping-stores-in-super-store-finder/

We bought this add-on and enabled it on Super Store. But when multi category is enabled google maps dissapears. Disabling the addon – the map works? Do you have any idea where the problem is? Please help.

Thank you for your inquiry, the latest version of the addon are only compatible with the latest version of the core plugin, you can refer to the upgrade instructions here https://superstorefinder.net/support/knowledgebase/super-store-finder-for-wordpress-upgrade-instructions/

I am sorry still does not work. Importing a csv is nearly imposible. Constant error wp-content/plugins/superstorefinder-wp/ssf-wp-admin/pages/import.php on line 282 The stores are in your sample files – specified as per your sample. Please do not tell me again to update to latest version. The plugin and add on where bought yesterday.
