When I look at the Envato comments, you said it would be made for mobile up until 1 year ago, I bought it thinking it was made, but it doesn’t work on mobile. 90% of my customer base comes from mobile, and if it’s not on mobile, it doesn’t mean anything to me. I also want to make the background white. Can you support these two? Otherwise, I want to return it.

Motion Art primarily responds to mouse movement on desktop devices and touch movement on mobile. Could you please clarify the type of animation you are expecting to see on mobile?
In the meantime, you can enable Motion Art on your page and set the section’s background color to white with some opacity; this should achieve the effect you’re looking for.

I installed the plugin and it’s active. I have Elementor and it’s active. The Motion panel does not appear in Elementor. Is there some incompatibility with this plugin. I have deactivated nearly everything else and the plugin does not appear in Elementor.

Will this work with WPBakery (can I use it with any theme and set the DIV element)? Can i change certain parameters? Guessing this is based on WebGL-Fluid-Simulation? Do you do custom work of this nature?

Hey, the description says it is fully responsive. However, I can see the effects on my editor – But I cannot see it when I open the page on a mobile or even just the normal browser on my laptop.

By doing so, you can control the areas where the motion art effect is visible and ensure that it doesn’t affect the entire page.

Im trying to get support from you for your plugin but it keeps on saying API token invalid https://support.qodematrix.com/ticket/new . I can clearly see its valid on code canyon. You need to fix this. Plus im using elementor pro and the effect just hangs right on top in above all pages and i can interact with the effects only within that window. So the product basically doesnt work as it just hangs sticky on top of even the nav in the header and there is no interaction on actual website. Please help me fix this. I was excited to test your plugin but it needs to work properly. I have tried all types of effect sticky, top, etc and also regularly purged cache to check but it persists no matter what.
basically i use elementor pro and the woodmart theme
it doesnt show a single effect on the website pages but instead makes a block right at the top of everything where i it just looms over and the effect happens only within its box .
i have applied to section also and also globally and tried many permutations and combinations but it surely doesnt work

The envato process for refund? Usually it’s the author who does it themselves within a jiffy. I mean why are you making me go through this process when you can do this yourself quickly. This would make things a little uneasy for us. Please humble request . Please approvee refund by yourself.

It’s work on pc but not mobile
The reason motion art effect doesn’t function on mobile devices is because it relies on cursor movement, which is not available on mobile devices.
where is documentation ?
I have find documentation on your profile, but also after activate the plugin , not appear in elementor
