No Payment gateway for India is implemented at the moment, but it’s something we could do

Not at the moment, it’s in the Todo lists, and will be available with the next version.
I logged in using the same “admin” account in 2 different browsers, simultaneously.
Now it is NOT logging me out of either of them.
It tries to log me out, but then drops me back in the Dashboard, every single time in both Chrome and Firefox (both latest versions).
Also, I killed the Firefox Browser and then tried to go back in via the admin url, it took me right back in to the Dashboard.

Here is what happened… maybe this will help in troubleshooting:
So last night, I was logged into Admin Panel via Chrome browser.
I decided to change the username and password from the default to my own.
And then before logging out from chrome, I opened Firefox and logged into Admin Panel using the New Account Info. Wanted to make sure it was working and I won’t get locked out.
Then went back to Chrome and did various Configuration changes, etc.
Also made a few changes via Firefox as well.
I had 2 sessions running simultaneously via the same Admin account in 2 different Browsers.
At some point I decided to logout and log back in, that didn’t work from Chrome.
I tried it from Firefox, that didn’t work as well, and is still not letting me logout as of this morning, and keeps dropping me back at the Dashboard.
I closed the Firefox entirely, and then restarted it. I typed the admin URL and it took me back to the Dashboard without logging in.
Is there a way to Flush out the session info and then log back in again??

On a different Note
Admins do have a need to be logged in from multiple locations, sometimes from their Laptop, sometimes from inside the Data Center workstation(s) using the same Login Info.
So I like this ability to login from multiple locations using the same account.
But perhaps we need a feature to be able to logout from all the sessions that are running from multiple machines / locations, every now and then for better security.

I am not able to create Users for testing either, as the moment I click on buying the Free package, it takes me straight to the Admin dashboard..

I am trying to add a 5th Plan. It created the 5th Plan, but it is not saving the numeric values in the following fields of the 5th Plan:
No. of servers:* No. of webpages:* No. of APIs:* Validity (Days):*
What is the Upper Limit of the above Fields?
Is there a limit to 4 Plans only?
I was thinking of first row of 4 plans for Monthly Plans. And then second row of 4 plans for Semi / Annual Plans.
Is this possible?

This way your core focus will be on the Front end Wrapper.
ZABBIX 5.4 multi tenancy has all the “Monitoring Features” covered for you already.
It will take months or years to replicate Zabbix’s efforts, but may not take as much time to create the Frond End / Sales / Purchasing wrapper / integration.
Think about it. Would love to hear your thoughts on it.

or connect / integrate “some how” to IFTTT or Zapier, etc “right away” in the next release, and that can open a whole world of integrations that you won’t have to worry about.

For WordPress installation, what should the Directory Structure look like on the Host.
I think WP will be in the Main Directory as in “domain.com/” and MZ should be installed a level below – “domain.com/mz/” -

As the services grow, I’d like to be able to move them into Cloud such as Digital Ocean, AWS, etc.
For wordpress installation, install wordpress on domain.com, then create a subdomain mz.domain.com and install monitoring zone in the subdomain.
That’s the best method.

In terms of Server Load, how many monitors can a shared web server running cPanel can handle with 2GB RAM?
I can easily deploy a Digital Ocean Droplet from the beginning as well? But how big should it be?
Also, if we setup a Cron Jobs for 30 sec or 60 sec interval, how will that affect performance and load on the server?
I will have Cron Jobs running anywhere from 30 sec to 180 sec for providing a better service.
Any words of wisdom?
If you are planning to monitor large number of servers(5k to 10k), shared server with 2 GB won’t be a good option. You should go for a VPS and also as the cron will run in every 30 seconds for a large number of servers, let’s try with 4 GB first.

Do ou think for future scalability setting up inside a cloud instance will be easy to grow as number of Monitors grow – simply upgrade and add more RAM, CPU, Storage, etc.

For scalability, Digital Ocean Droplet with 4GB is a good option. Indeed cloud is good scalability than VPS. My point was shared hosting won’t be good if you want to add many customers.

rather giving them that long url i can give them like status.example.com
so the cname will poin to that public page and it will look more profesonal

Just wondering if there’s a page to monitor for upcoming features or make requests? One of the features in this area of server monitoring is geographically separate servers polling at regular intervals to check for ping times as well as uptime. Is there any chance of this being integrated or offered as an add-on in the future, so that you could install a script on another server elsewhere that would tie into the monitoring system as a cluster to do the polling? For example Better Uptime checks from North America, Europe, Australia and Asia.

2) multi location based monitoring is a feature in mind. But as it require multiple servers to do, we have two possible solutions
A) we create an addon, that we give for the customers and they have to install it in their servers and hook with the system. that’s the current plan
in future, we will take servers and develop apis that can connected from the system.
But at the moment, we are going ahead with the Plan A.

I guess, nMon monitors a server when installed in that server, right? Monitoring Zone is for monitoring multiple servers from outside. So we can’t monmitor memory and CPU stats.
But we will consider developing another tool for monitoring vps servers, that can be installed in the respective servers.
That’s correct. It would be amazing to integrate it directy in this script rather than developing another one separately, it would be a complete solution at that point.
