This app is a disaster. The code is broken and was confirmed as faulty by multiple developers except for the ones who created it. Also, the seller will attempt to charge you extra $20 to fix his code so that it will start work .. He sold you a broken script in the first place. Again just to try and rip you off a bit more. the system is not even that complex but he makes it sound like it is and you need his help to set it up. All that without letting you know upfront. STAY AWAY! Do yourself a favor and get a better script from better people.

It’s your server issue and you are blaming us, you are not even sharing server login to check the issue no one can help you without that.
Either change the hosting or configure your current hosting properly & do installation properly and everything works fine.

I cooperated fully until you demanded $20 to configure the server and install the database—on top of that, you asked for my hosting login credentials. Absolutely not. I’m not handing over access to hundreds of client records. Instead, I requested that you update your documentation if additional server setup was required or guide me through the process. You refused to do either.
So let’s be clear: your code is broken, and you attempted to gain unauthorized access to my hosting. This looks like a blatant scam. I hope I’m wrong, but from where I stand, everything about this screams fraud.

It’s clearly your server configuration issue and without hosting details we can’t check and if you can’t co-operate we can’t help you.

It’s not the server—it’s 100% your code. I didn’t need your installation or customization services! Your product doesn’t work out of the box. I followed your instructions as is in the documentation and tried fixing it as well but it just does not work. I tested multiple PHP scripts (other scripts), and they all worked perfectly—yours is the only one that failed with a server error!
just for your satisfaction – upload the same source code of other cPanel and check yourself.
And still if you found any issue with our source code, kindly report a bug and we will solve that andd update the source code.

I bought this code and deployed it with Nginx on Ubuntu 22.04. But it has an error. I tried to run the Laravel project manually with “php artisan serve—host 0.0.0.0”. But it’s the empty screen. Can you solve the problem?
