I would like to record my excellent experience with developer Arjun Detruja during the process of implementing the MercadoPago Payment Gateway for RISE CRM plugin.
Even though we faced many technical challenges throughout the setup, Arjun demonstrated full commitment to solving every detail. There were hours of testing in different scenarios — sandbox mode, production, fine-tuning webhooks, log validation and even reviews of IPN conditions. Even when faced with complex situations, such as the absence of CRM notifications after payments and communication difficulties between the server and the plugin, Arjun remained patient, proactive and always willing to help.
What impressed me most was the constant effort to ensure everything worked 100%. At no time did he measure up his efforts or avoid problems; on the contrary, he reviewed the code, made updates, provided corrected files and guided each step until the integration was operating flawlessly.
I highly recommend this plugin and Arjun's support. Professionalism, dedication and high-quality support. Today the system is fully functioning thanks to this excellent work.
