Hi,
So I’ve noticed an issue when using MP Post display. Instead of displaying the correct author of the posts, it displays the author of the page (i.e home page).

Hi. Nice plugin. Is there a way to offset posts? I have one Type 2 block querying from news category and I want a Mega Posts widget to follow it querying from the same category but from #2

le rispondiamo in italiano. Attualmente non supporta il custom post type. Se riusciamo aggiungeremo questa richiesta nelle prossime versione del plugin.
Qualora necessiti urgentemente di questo prodotto puoi acquistarlo e le farò la modifica manualmente indicandomi il custom post type che vuole selezionare.

Grazie per la gentile risposta e per l’italiano. La necessità sarebbe abbastanza urgente quindi accetteremmo volentieri la proposta di modifica. Unica domanda: la modifica renderebbe utilizzabile il plugin solo per i custom post da noi indicati? Perchè il plugin a noi servirebbe anche per i post classici. Possibile questa gestione anche semplicemente duplicando il plugin fino a quando la release con i’update non sarà disponibile? Cordiali saluti

si volendo si, ovviamente parliamo solo del widget “Mega post” (dove mi fornirà quale custom post type dovrà eseguire). Il resto dei prodotti non verrà customizzato in quanto non coperto dal piccolo costo del prodotto.

Thanks for the response. Any chance you might be able to add it to an upcoming version? I’m comparing your plugin with another, but I like your layouts better, but I need to have the ability to open the links in a new window or stay on site…which their plugin offers. Honestly, I’d rather go with yours if I knew the feature was coming.

Hi. I have a Visual Composer row, divided into 3 columns. I’d like to show posts from 3 categories, one listing in each column. Can I generate 3 listings from this plugin in the VC editor, right? Also, I’d need to translate (at least the frontend) the plugin. I mean, the “Read More” and all the strings you may have in English for the frontend. Can I? Thanks

you can create 1 different addon for each row. So you can select different categories for each addon. And you can translate all plugin via po/mo files.
But if you don’t want translate via po/mo files you need to change php code . This code editing is very easy and If you want I can help to make it. You need only after purchased to open a ticket.
PS: code editing is not advise if you have your site in 2 languages.

Guys com’on your plugin should work right when we install it , i dont have magazine style in vc at all i see only display post , newsticker and caroseul , so please tell me how to achive that magazine or blog layout from plugin , it is not fair to pay for support when it is from plugin functionality , i have documentation but nothing is there ?

How to create layout page is not included in documentation because is only to add the addons in the page. So you need only to insert, how you want, our addons in relative page using visual composer editor.

One really cool idea I think you should add to this plugin would be the ability to on-site edit the post display meta both in formatting and in placement so that say like I like layout 4, I could then put Title on one line, by author on next, customize categories into either dropdown, list, etc… tags as well… This could make this plugin seriously something I would use on many builds but out of the box needs more work as this would all have to be done through PHP and CSS manually
I would maybe suggest providing some of this as tips with the plugin for advanced users to edit this of quick locations of this stuff.

I would like to buy the plug in but need to know how customizable it is as I do not want to turn off the the meta on some and eliminate the views and comments.
Also, I am building almost exclusively in Jupiter Multipurpose Responsive Theme that has VC built in. Has you plugin been install in this theme? Jupiter updates once or twice a month and I want to make sure I am not buying something that will now work.
