Currently I am using MentalPress theme… so if I buy and install your plugin will I be able to change the display of post from my blog page? If so, how will it work… will it just ake over the one from the theme?

the plugin doesn’t change your theme blog aspect. It works via shortcodes. So if you create a new page with out shortcodes will be show our layout.
It works via widget. So you need to load our widget in your relative sidebar for get our widget layout.

I have an https website and in the editor, the button to build the shortcode was being blocked. To solve it, i have to go to megaposts.php and change
define( ‘AD_MP_URL’, ......)
with my website
define( ‘AD_MP_URL’, ‘https://....');
just to let you know, in case this can be solved in the next update
