Hello, can you please tell me can I create multi-level single leg mlm plan using this code with multi-rank system? like 1st level user can only join/refer new member after a minimum amount product sell. and when he/she achieve rank. Like ‘user A can refer user B after 2000 products sells or 1500 sells within last 30 days’, and active rank 2. Default rank is 1.

Referral tracking: parent-child relationships in the referral tree
Sales tracking: tracks sales amounts per affiliate
Multi-tier visualization: admin view of the referral network
Not currently supported:
Rank system: no rank field or rank management
Sales-based referral restrictions: no requirement to meet a minimum sales threshold before referring
Time-based sales tracking: no “sales within last 30 days” calculation Rank-based referral permissions: no check for a specific rank before allowing referrals
What would be needed:
To implement your requirements, you would need: Rank system: add a rank field to affiliate_users, create rank definitions, and implement rank progression logic
Sales requirement validation: add checks before allowing referrals (e.g., minimum total sales or sales within a time window)
Rank-based referral gates: enforce that only users at Rank 2+ can refer new members
Time-based sales calculation: track and calculate sales within rolling time periods (e.g., last 30 days)
Recommendation:
This would require custom development. The module provides the foundation (multi-level structure and sales tracking), but the rank system and referral restrictions are not built in.

Hello, I have a question. I want to buy Martvill, and I also needed the affiliation.
I have some questions.
1) So if a customer buys any product on the site through an affiliate link, the affiliate earns right?
2) Admin in his dashboard can decide the percentages to give to Vendor and Affiliate?
3) Vendor and Affiliate, how can they withdraw their earned money? Can they connect their account directly with stripe and withdraw? Thank you!
Thank you for your queries. Regarding your queries we would like to let you know that-
1.In order to get a commission the affiliate user needs to generate an affiliate link first. If a user purchases that specific product on which the affiliate link is generated then the affiliate user will earn commissions. Furthermore there are other affiliate related settings to earn commission that you will be able to check on our demo site.
2.In our system, the affiliate commission is only given to the affiliate user which can be configured by the admin through certain commission plans. Currently, the vendor do not receive any commissions if a product is purchased in our system through a commission link.
3.In our system, the affiliate user can withdraw their earned commission using the withdraw option of our system. Currently we have options for affiliate users to withdraw using Paypal and Bank which are handled manually by the admin.

I hope you are doing well. I have a few questions regarding your martvill affiliate program and features. Kindly clarify the following:
1. Mandatory Commissions: Is it compulsory to offer commissions on all store products, or can we exclude certain products from earning commissions?
2. Custom Commission Tiers: Can we set different commission tiers for different products? For example: – Some products earning only from Tier 1 – Some from Tier 1 & Tier 2 – Others from Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3
3. SaaS Subscription Commissions: Can the affiliate model be applied to Artifism – AI Content & Image Generator SaaS subscriptions, similar to Multivill?
4. Affiliate Product Visibility: Where will affiliate products appear on the website? Will they be displayed under sections like “Offer Products” or “Top Categories,” or in a separate menu? How will affiliates identify eligible products?
5. Commission Transparency: How will affiliates know the exact commission rates for each product?
6. Affiliate Dashboard: How can affiliates track their earnings, sales, and performance? Is there a dashboard? If possible, please share a demo or screenshot.
7. Recurring Commissions: If a customer buys via an affiliate link once, will the affiliate earn commissions on their future purchases, or must a new link be shared each time?
8. Seller as Affiliates: Can registered sellers also join as affiliates? Additionally, can referrers of new sellers earn commissions based on the sellers’ subscription payments?
9. Affiliate Registration Process: Your demo doesn’t show how customers can join the affiliate program or where the dashboard appears. Could you explain this workflow?
10. External Product Integration: Can I add a product from another website I own to Martvill and offer affiliate commissions for it?
11. Commissions for Sellers’ Products: Can we provide affiliate commissions for products listed by sellers registered with us?
12. Theme Customization: Are all Multivill frontend themes freely usable, or must a specific one be purchased?
13. Discount Coupon Conflict: If an affiliate earns a 5% commission and a customer uses a 5% discount coupon, it results in a 5% loss. How is this handled?
14. API Integration: Does TechVillage1 – Products offer an API to integrate and manage multiple products from the database uniformly?
15. Overall, I would like to fully understand how this affiliate program works.

1.You have mentioned on excluding certain products from the affiliate commission. We would like to let you know that, all the products are eligible for affiliate commission as default. However, the site owner can configure the affiliate settings where he/she can add certain products which will be excluded from affiliate commission application. The site owner can set rules for products where he/she can select products and apply condition in such a way that if the referee purchases the selected products then the specific commission tier will be applier. Also the admin can configure the commission tiers in such a way that the affiliate user can earn commission in multiple tier. 11.Yes, you can generate the affiliate links and apply commission in the same way for registered vendors of the system as well.
12.We currently have a single theme in our system but we have plan to implement other themes as well. Currently you can generate multiple homepages for that theme using homepage builder and the homepage will be displayed accordingly.
13.Even if a discount coupon is added to purchase a product still the affiliate commission will be applied on the regular price. Affiliate commission does not rely on the product price, it is handled completely separate by the admin himself.
14. We are extremely sorry but we are unable to process your query.
15.In our system, when a site owner purchases the affiliate module and configure it then the users of the system has to register as an affiliate user. All types of users of the system can become an affiliate user. After registering as an affiliate user, the users can generate affiliate link for certain products and share it to other users using their own preferred channel. If the referee user purchases using those link then the affiliate user earns commissions based on the commission plans configured by the site owner.

I was going through your demo and saw Affiliate Add-On enable on your demo, but I don’t seem to find anywhere in ADMIN, how the Affiliate Add-On configuration looks like, at least to under the flow and settings, to see if it’s applicable to the project I have in mind.
Kindly share more details on the configuration for this add-on.
Also, can your system be used for a SINGLE VENDOR and still have all features active?

If you want to check the configuration of affiliate add-on then you have to visit affiliate panel first. Then you will find the settings option for the affiliate add-on where you will be able to configure the add-on on your own terms. We kindly request you to go there and check it out yourself.
Regarding the single vendor thing, our system is made keeping the multivendor concept in mind. However, if you want the system to be single vendor where there will be only one vendor in the entire system then you can turn off the vendor registration and do not register any vendor from backend also. That will act as a single vendor also.
