Hello, I am not able to update or add an image inside of a category section. It keeps on processing. I uploaded an image in the admin panel but it does not update the image in the app. In the app, it is just grey with a sand glass. How would I go about fixing this problem? Is there a specific format for the size of the image?

I just checked my upload folder permissions. My upload folder was set to 755. Would there be another problem that could possibly be causing it to not be displaying the images?
