wifi configuration is done with the button added to esp8266.You switch to the access point and select the network it connects to from the browser.

Hi, I’m not sure what you’re talking about, but I think you want to read people’s body temperature with a sensor.I think you can do that with this project.But the Internet is required and a google firebase account.You can customize the app and read the sensor information from multiple esp8266 devices to the mobile app.
