Sorry, not a logical design to protect your mailchimp credentials. Anyone can right click and view page source, thus display your mailchimp api key with your mailchimp list id.

Awesome script that saved me hours upon hours of time wrestling with mailchimp api 3.0. This script works out of the box, and if you have a little code experience - it can be made to work w/ any form - no matter how many fields -- THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
