A plugin update might be needed. When submitting forms, half of them don’t submit, an error message pops up that says ‘check your internet connection’. It’s not an internet issue because the other forms still properly submit. So there is some type of bug with plugin currently. This only started a couple days ago.

But all I know is that there is no support and the form has very crucial issues, to answer your question. if you have a single license it is usually for a single website unless you but more licenses or buy and extended license, they are usually if you are going to use the form in a product you sell or distribute, I wont recommend you this form stay away from it and it’s non-existing author

We are losing conversions because the developer is too busy to fix such crucial issues reported since the beginning of its existence, so it is my obligation not to recommend this plugin to anyone. This plugin is not reliable it makes you loose conversions, waste time and it has a horrible support, should be removed from Codecanyon
