Hello. I’m formatting the folder player exactly how it is shown in the documentation, but the image specified doesn’t show up.
I have it like: data-image=”/files/folder-name/cover/image-file_cover-art.jpg”
Could you tell me what the issue is?

I’m not understanding why this is not able to bring any image in for the folder/directories style of player: ul id=”myplaylists” class=”lunaaudioplaylist” li data-type=”folder” data-target=”../playlists/mp3” data-name=”My MP3s” data-image=”/playlists/cover/69.jpg” /li /ul
I have been trying all day to get it to bring an image but it will not. The directory path is accurate I am 10000% percent certaint, and in console it is keep returning undefined for getting the image, but I put in the path to the image in a browser and can load it fine.
What is the issue?

After purchasing this player I ave failed to install it correctly. Everytime i try it says NO PLAYLIST IN SETTINGS FOUND! I can not find anyting regarding playlist?

Great player, but there’s one feature it, like many other players, lacks. It doesn’t utilize the Media Session API, which allows the device to display artist and title information. I’ve added some code to enable this functionality, which you can see in the stream below. This is particularly helpful since the data is also displayed on Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, making it more convenient for users who listen while driving.

Hi. How do we get the interface to have a separate background image like screenshot 4 and 6 on the item page? I’ve tried all of the different configurations, even set the background color to be transparent and have set the data-image of the UL with id “myplaylists” as a separate image, but I can’t seem to get it (nor find in the doc) how to set it to look like the feature image on the item page and the screenshots of 4 and 6 in the item page screen shots.
Could you advise?

The screen shots on the product page here. The 4th one and the 6th one; they’re numbered. But basically the one with a separate background image — not just taking the image of the song. Also, it’s the main/feature screen-shot image on the product page. It has a different image separate from the songs in the playlist.
I bought this script without being familiar with HTML5, I do not have exact data on the routes for the parameters it has. The documentation does not explain well how to specifically configure the API. I would like to know if you have better assistance or a video that explains how to load the script into CPanel. If it is not possible, please do everything possible to refund my money.

I added the code as explained in the Documentation, is it supposed to be formated exactly word for word? I did that and all it does is load the player with a spinning circle, all my mp3s are in the mp3 folder on the website, what am I missing here? If I change it to point to exact location it loads and says folder response not correctly.

Hello again. I think I see what happened. It looks like I should have purchased the RADIO player, but (after all my research, etc.), I purchased the AUDIO player.by mistake.

Hi, I am having the following problems:
ISSUE # 1 only with the Safari / mac browser the animation is not seen. I tried to reinstall the plugin (6.22.04.11) but it still doesn’t fix the problem. The same problem even if I view it through your page https://radioplayer.luna-universe.com/shortcode
ISSUE # 2 I see from the Icecast counter that the player, only if opened with Safari, opens 2 streams at the same time.
