Can I setup to automatically send a Welcome email instantly to all my new leads, at creation?
Also will like to send another email 3 hours after lead is created.
I see you can only choose 1 day after, and select the time of the day.
Can this be setup?
You can set 0 days if you want to send for today leads, but this module sends emails at perticular time set in it. Like at 12PM, at 5PM etc.
Regarding the Lead Follow Up Scheduler Module for Perfex CRM, I would like to ask: When a notification is sent, is it sent to all staff members or only to the staff member assigned to the client?
Notification to staff is for staff associated with Lead. Notification will be sent to the staff who is assigner for that lead.

The Lead follow-up module sends an Email to the leads. There is no distinguish in the leads for bots or Genelin in Perfex CRM. Thanks

Extended license will allow to use the license at multiple perfex instances.

This plugin is not relying on third party tools. It will send an SMS with the default SMS gateway activated in perfex CRM.

It depends on SAAS module. Each regular license is only activated for one tenant.

Created schedule will run every day and find leads that match the criteria to send SMS/email.

No. Leads follow up scheduler will run every day, and it will check for every new lead which comes under the criteria. So, SMS or email will be sent to each and every lead which satisfy the condition.

hello but need to setup every time the reminder or it’s enough setup one time for all?
You will need to create a schedule for reminder. Like if you want to send reminder for lead status “Pending” and Lead is created before 7 days. So, scheduler will run every day and check for new leads which are 7 days old, and status is Pending. You can create multiple schedulers like check for 5 days old, 7 days old, 15 days old etc. Hope you got clear idea.

It would be advisable to implement certain rules, such as:
1. If a quote has already been sent to the client. 2. If the client has already opened the quote. 3. If the lead manager or client has not followed up, a follow-up task or reminder should be automatically scheduled. 4. Within the same module, according to the status of the lead, actions can be assigned to the managers and a follow-up can be made as to whether they have been completed or not. For example: make a call, schedule a meeting, send the quote, or close the sale.
These functionalities would significantly enhance the use of this great module.

Hello, It’s lead follow us module which send sms/email to leads. For example, you can set schedule to send sms/emails to the lead, which has status as customer and lead creation date is before 15 days.This way you can send to customers who are converted from leads.

1) The default SMS gateway that is enabled in Perfex CRM, will be used to send the SMS. 2) The default Email settings that is enabled in Perfex CRM, will be used to send the Emails. So it depends on your server how many emails can be sent at a time.
