i have the old WoWonder version installed by you. What is the upgrade process to apply the new version? This does not seem to be covered in your documentation.

There is no direct update or upgrade process from the old wowonder-specific version. The new release is a completely rebuilt, universal solution that is no longer dedicated only to wowonder—it can be integrated into any social network script or website.
Please refer to the documentation for step-by-step instructions on how to inject the plugin into your website, configure it, register it, and run it. Once installed, you can further adapt and customize it based on your project’s needs.
Okay… this isn’t really cool… but anyway… what is the complete process to remove everything, no trace, of the old one before integrating the new one? Oh… and without damaguing the LiveStream plugin?
I see your response to me was flagged for review… i didn’t do it… but I did get to read it in the e-mail notification of the message. The response was FAR from the proceedure to remove the old version before trying to put in the new. it seemed to give the method only for removing files. it didn’t address any server settings related to PM2, any database entries, any file changes, or in any way to put the system back to the exact same state as before installing the old version. You know… an ‘uninstall’. File deletion is not an uninstall.
What I want to know is how to entirely purge the old version, and have the new version work within my platform exactly as the product that I paid for, waited a few years for it to even be suiatable to actually work, then paid a support fee for, and an additional charge for the install. I want this working like the product I paid for, and which is working now (though very sub-standard). if this is a different product entirely, and is incapable of doing that (replacing the entire WoWonder messaging system within WoWonder) then it isn’t the product I paid for. I need to be able to work with that product without all of your hidden, super secret squirrel backend stuff, so it can remain current on my system and be able to change domains when I rebrand.

1. Delete folder kontackt/MSN
2. Replace following files with original wowonder:
a) themes/{themename}/layout/buttons/message.phtml
b) themes/{themename}/layout/buttons/page_message.phtml
c) themes/{themename}/layout/chat/group-list.phtml
d) themes/{themename}/layout/chat/offline-user.phtml
e) themes/{themename}/layout/chat/online-user.phtml
f) themes/{themename}/layout/header/group_messages.phtml
g) themes/{themename}/layout/header/messages.phtml
h) themes/{themename}/layout/header/page_messages.phtml
i) themes/{themename}/layout/products/products-list.phtml
j) themes/{themename}/layout/story/includes/product.phtml
3. Locate file themes/{themename}/layout/container.phtml at the end o file you must see include("....../assets.html'); , remove this line
4. pm2 list see the application running in pm2 and remove it by command pm2 stop #id pm2 remove #id
5. Locate file /assets/init.php at the end of file you must see include("......./class.msn.php"); , remove that line.
6. Delete file vy-messenger-cmd.php
7. Delete file messenger-add-stickers.php
8. Open .htaccess and remove the rules for /messenger
9. Drop sql tables:
`messenger_reactions`,
`messenger_media`,
`messenger_settings`,
`messenger_stickers`,
`messenger_stickers_store`,
`messenger_uniq_id`
Then you can install the new version from scratch, yes it is fully compatible like the previous version, but is fully rebuilt and compatible with any social network script or website with users.

but there is normal domain installing guide, but how to install and integrate with sngine guide is not available
Because it is standalone.
In documentation is explained how to install it in any website not just sngine.

Right now i update the plugin, i make it standalone not just for wowonder… and i have an idea to create a social network better than wowonder but i’m afraid because its a lot of work and can not be sales.
You can ask people if they want a new social network and what features they want, if people will say yes i will do.
A full social network in react, no php at all.

Soon we finish the web messenger update. It will be only for web like whatsapp then will come the mobile apps for it, in half year like.
The live stream plugin will be updated as well but will remain only web.
Okay for now I could probably get it working in a flutter webview with some custom work maybe?

1) In order to update the domain, you must have an active support period. (means you must renew the current license).
2) If you buy a new license then automatically you can enter a new domain and keep the old domain too, you will have 2 domains.

I am not seeing where you start a new group chat. Where is this located? When opening the group chat tab it just says don’t belong to any groups but no option to start a new one.
