Is it related to admin folder name change? I change it to something else before.. as you described.. where as customer app, Merchant app installed and works fine .. but Driver app and Kitchen app facing issues. Sent you email already.

Basti, auto assign is not working properly on membership merchants. I enabled these :
Enabled time allowed acceptance of orders
Enabled auto assign
Assign only if merchant accepted the order
Enabled Retry Auto Assign
Time allowed to accept or decline order 2 minutes.
I have 2 drivers in the restaurant list. Driver A gets the order automatically, the order stays there forever there is no time allowance to accept or decline. Isn’t the system suppose to have the first driver accept the order and if he doesn’t accept it it goes to the next one and so on? It is not doing this on membership merchants.
If driver A declines the order, the order stays without getting assigned and it does not auto assign anymore until it gets manually assigned.
at the moment once driver decline the order it will not go to other drivers you need to manually assigned them again or retry assigment

Basti, i found another problem, if the order gets canceled, rejected, set delivered or failed by the restaurant, the order is not removed from the driver tasks when you manually assign it nor you have the option to remove this order from the driver in admin panel. How can this be solved? i remember it used to work in the old kmrs version.
I think this one has to do with the delivery status, for example i have the order status as delivered, but driver has acknowledge. Maybe this is why the order is not set to delivered too? Same thing happens when i cancel the order or set it as delivery failed in merchant, the order stays there because of delivery status, isnt order status supposed to change delivery status too?
i will double check usually if cancel the status of order should be cancel and will be notified also the driver
I did tests with this one too. If you assign manually with merchant and cancel or set the order to delivered the driver still has the order. The driver has to set the order in help order to cancel with a reason in order to get it removed or complete it. If merchant manually cancels the order after the order is assigned, the driver can still do all the steps as driver and change the order status of the order to delivered if they finish all the steps. In conclusion, order status needs to automatically change driver status to canceled or delivered otherwise driver will keep the order forever.

If my crons didn’t work which cron i should be checking? jobqueue table looks completed and is running push notifications etc. Driver status is updating, but like i mentioned the driver status doesn’t update to delivered or canceled when is set manually. I can send you a video if you like so you can see the issue.

It’s been 12 days since I told you about this issue and i haven’t been able to fix this even when I sent you a video of this.
I can’t even use the system because the driver still gets the order even when the order is cancelled. Imagine working and having a bunch of orders on your app that are canceled and you don’t even know they are canceled because the system doesn’t remove the order from you.

Basti I want to change About Us page inside Legal in drive app, but I cannot find About Us. I want to use a custom page in backend for support but I cannot find this page. Where can I find this?
I also have another question. I have employee drivers with salary only with $0.00 pay. When I started doing tests I was able to see the earnings for tips in the Earnings section for example I did $1.80 on October 21 with 4 orders of $0.45 in tips. After this I did a lot of test and now is not showing the tips in the chart like it used to. My question is. What are the settings that I need to adjust so I can see the chart working like before? I’ve been doing a lot of test with the same user for driver and it shows $0.00 even though they earned tips for the order.

if employee is salary this will not work cause employee is in salary mode means company will just pay the driver internally

Hello mate, You can do the following in the driver app: 1- Orders in a vertical list 2- Time the order is entered and the pickup time (when the merchant accepts the order, add the preparation time that the merchant set). 3- Order ID 4- Icons to indicate that there is a rain bonus

Hi Basti, I would like you to clarify something for me.
1. I have a membership restaurant with Employee driver and settings as “On-Demand Availability Driver will Go online anytime, no shift selection is required.” in admin panel.
My question is, does the settings apply for the whole system? What if I want to have this settings applied only for a certain restaurant?
2. Why does employee have to Cash In and pay with stripe the balance? The balance is $-180.00 and they have to “Cash In” . If its an employee arent they supposed to be earning $0.00 or have the Cash In button disappeared? Why they have stripe button if they are employees?

I purchased the recent version of the addons module, including the recent version of KMRS. I also checked the api key; api key is correct.
