Hello at this moment I don’t plan to sell the fonts just host them on my site. Do I have to create the visual for each letter/number of the font for viewing or does it do it once I upload the font?
Hi Mixtapepsds,
No, you don’t need to do that. You just need to upload the font file.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Thank you
I purchased the plugin for wordpress and installed it. I need help because I want a page set up similar to Dafont.com. I have a few questions.
Hi Mixtapepsds,
Did you purchase it with a different account? Because I notice this account doesn’t have purchased badge.
Thank you
I actually bought the WooCommerce version. I have Fauzan, Jegstudio Support helping me. I don’t know why it does not show a badge but I can Show the the purchase code if you want.
Hi Mixtapepsds,

Hi
Dose your plugin support RTL like Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, and Urdu ?
I checked your demo version that you sent earlier in response to other comments at the address below! Unfortunately, the problem is that the letters are displayed upside down and separated from each other! I will give an example in English so that you can understand better!
When you write ABCD, DCBA is written in the font preview, which is wrong, and if we write ABCD, ABCD should be displayed in the same order! But this has a bug for the preview that you put in the following address for Jumhori font! Also, when the font preview is displayed, the letters are printed separately and spaced, and the letters of the same word are separated! For example, when you write ABCD, the preview should be in the form of ABCD, but it is in the form of A B C D, which falls between the letters!

Hi – I love this, I’m thinking of using it on an all-dark theme. Would it be possible to get the fonts to preview in white text on a black background? I can pay for customization.
Hi teosocrates,
Yes, you can use the dark mode on the font preview. We already have an option to control that. You can check on our documentation https://support.jegtheme.com/documentation/setup-font-preview/
Let me know if you have further questions.
Thank you
Hi, where can I find the documentation for the plugin? The link for documentation & support on the website is broken
Hi,
Have you purchased our template kit item? Because I see you don’t have the purchases badge on your account.
You can find the documentation on this page https://support.jegtheme.com/theme/jeg-font-preview-easy-digital-downloads/

No I haven’t bought it. I’m considering. buying it and wanted to look at the documentation to see if it fits my needs and if it’s easy to use. Thank you!
Sure, let us know if you have further questions.

hello, well done for this plugin! …I bought the version “Jeg Font Preview – WooCommerce Extension WordPress Plugin” on envato Market thinking that we could generate a shortcode and place it freely in a page … I discovered that it is not possible and I am disappointed that it would only work in a “Woocommerce product tab”? How can I use it differently? Thank you for your comeback.
Hi OlivierN,
Unfortunately, at the moment we don’t have shortcode feature.
Thank you
Hi, what file type should i upload to make it works, is it support zip file? also, is it possible to load saved fonts from third party/ cloud services like Amazon s3? because my website intregated with Amazon S3, so all files uploaded to Amazon S3. thank you.
Hi GRAPPIX,
You need to use “ttf” or “otf” file format. Currently, we only support self-hosted file, not for an external files.
Let me know if you have further questions.
