I keep trying to add a new ticket but I keep getting this error:
Error – Rate limit exceeded. See https://build.envato.com/api/#rate-limit. Unknown Error
So, I want to know if you adjust the plugin so that when a new prayer is submitted that that notification can get emailed to multiple addresses? Right now it only sends to the website admin but I’d like for that to be sent to multiple people.
Hi there
This is a temporary error from Envato API, you can try after some time.
I have noted your request and will be adding this feature soon in the next version of the plugin.
Thanks
This is a pre-sales question: Are you able to toggle individual form fields yet? Or better yet, are we able to control what form fields are there? Can we add some to the form that aren’t there by default? If so, I’ll buy this right now and have it installed ASAP!
Hi there
Yes, prayer submissions form fields can be managed easily from iPray settings and new fields can also be added as you need.
Thanks
thank you! Purchased but it won’t register. I get this message each time “Sorry, there is some problem with connecting to Envato API. Try again later”
I use a font that I uploaded for my site. When I go to change fonts for the headline on the form, it doesn’t list the fonts that I have custom uploaded.
Hi there
Purchase code registration can be tried after a few minutes and it should work. See kb https://support.imithemes.com/knowledgebase/purchase-code-not-getting-registered/
If you want to use your website’s content then leave the iPray font settings to default.

I can’t open a support ticket: Error – 404 – fast-unknown-product Could not find this product in our supported products. Can you help me with that? Thanks.
Hi there
It should be available soon after the scheduled sync completes.
Thanks
I have a pre-purchase question. I have your Native church template with the iPray plugin installed. If I understand it correctly, this is an advanced plugin of the built-in iPray plugin. Am I correct? Is there any way to import prayers from iPray to this plugin?
Hi there
Thank you for your comment.
Yes, this is a completely new version of the bundled plugin that comes with the Native Church theme. Migration from the older version to this one is seamless, with little to no manual action required. Simply installing and activating this plugin will be suffice.
Thanks
Hi,
Thank you for iPray 2.0 — the upgrade from the Native Church bundled version went smoothly and the improvements are noticeable. Great work overall.
I’d like to suggest a feature: Form Field Manager
Currently, there is no way to control which fields appear in the prayer submission form from the plugin settings. For example, the “Your Phone” field is not relevant for many use cases (church websites, community prayer walls, etc.), and the only way to hide it is through custom CSS workarounds.
It would be very helpful to have a Form Fields settings panel in the iPray admin area where administrators could:
- Toggle individual fields on/off (Name, Email, Phone, etc.) - Mark fields as required or optional - Customize field labels and placeholder text - Reorder fields
Thanks for the great plugin and keep up the good work!
Thanks for your feedback, I will get these updates released soon.
