I am interested in buying this app for my woocommerce shop, but I have got a couple of questions.

1. I am using a product customizer like https://codecanyon.net/item/fancy-product-designer-woocommercewordpress/6318393 and https://www.zakeke.com/ , so I haven’t got a direct ’’Add to Cart’’ button, instead there is a customize now button and when people clicks on it they come to an online designer where they can upload pictures and add text and after they have done that, they can add the product to the cart. Is that something that would work in this app out of the box or would it need custom work?

2. What versions of Android does this app support?

3. Is this a complete app ready to upload to Google Play or does it need any custom coding? How do I import my products to the app?

As buyers and developers we must say that it has very bad documentation, nowhere in the publication is it mentioned that you have to set up a Facebook app, or that you have to create an account in Mailgun, or in Firebase for push notifications, or explain about the certificates, or that you beed the Digital Ocean server specifically, it is NOT an EXPRESS SOLUTION, we bought it on march 3 and still no finished, since everything is incomplete, the solution here would be to pay for the installation, customization and integration of the project in its entirety and it is not the idea! Many developers companies are looking for instant solutions for clients and this is supposed to be a FULL APP! We can not imagine the challenge for a person who does not know about programming if we, who are a development company, had many difficulties implementing the project! The support sometimes regular in others none! Pay more attention on documentation and support please!!!
