I’ve been trying to get support for this item for over 5 days and not a single response and they are never online to chat with. The plugin includes slack bots and even users that are deactivated or not available on Slack which makes it kind of useless unless you want your visitors thinking your always offline and dont bother answering them. Seeking a refund asap.
Does it support gifs (If not, are you planning to?)
On your live site: If I use a username, that’s already been used, I can see the whole past conversation. That’s not how it’s supposed to work, is it?
If that’s intented, can it be turned off?

so i went through the whole set up thing, added token, assets, scripts, etc but it doesn’t seem to be working, there are two messages that overlap on chrome it says “ask us anything” and the on top of it is the “offline message” on firefox it only displays “hi welcome to our live chat. ask us anything” but user can’t click anything or send a message. also where in the slack dashboard do i see the live sessions going on so i can start the conversation myself with people currently looking at my website?

It always works as soon as you receive a message you got a sound.
Hello, does this script have the same functionality as this site?
And does it have support for multiple users, for each user that registers in it to be able to add your site and make its attendance? Or does the script work for just one team and one company?
I am with this doubt because I wanted to offer my current clients this service, so each one manages their websites and conversations.
It could give more details of the interaction, how it works, how to add the script if it just adds a line of js like Google Analytics.

Hello, I would like to know if the plugin supports adding multiple “slack-user” to the conversation once the client makes a request.
Is it also possible to choose which “slack-user” will be added to a channel, depending on the “department” selected by the visitor ?

That is not possible it automatically add the user who api key it is using and than you can add the user yourself but we can look into it and can come up with the solution.
