I recently purchased the Instagram Follower Scraper from CodeCanyon, and I’m encountering a serious issue when trying to run the application.

When I launch the .exe file and click the “Search” or “Start” button to begin scraping a profile, nothing happens. The system does not open any browser window (WebDriver/ChromeDriver), and the program gets stuck or shows an error.

Here’s a summary of what I’ve tried: • I’ve activated the license successfully. • I’ve entered the Instagram ID correctly. • I’ve verified that Chrome is installed and up to date. • I’ve placed all files in the same folder (DLLs, config, etc.)

Despite that, the system is not launching the automated browser for login and scraping.

Attached are: • Screenshots of the app interface • The full contents of the original package (unzipped) • Error logs (if any)

Could you please help me: • Understand why the WebDriver is not working or not launching? • Confirm if there’s a specific setup I’m missing? • Provide a fix or update?

Your software has not been working properly since i purchased it. If I reinstall Windows i got message license is invalid. even if Windows update shows license invalid. So if you can give any permanent solution then give it. Or give me my money back. It is extremely painful and annoying.

Your software doesn’t raise followers. It raises a following.. The way your software operates isn’t correct. I need auto-followers. Please find a solution to this issue. or Give me my money back.
