can i restrict to upload image by myself only. or anyone can upload file. there must be restriction otherwise my hosting storage will be full.
and one more thing i want my uploaded image visible only via link not publicaly available on website. is this feature available.
If you would like to restrict upload to yourself please create for example some password protected page.
You can set an option to get link after upload, then you can share it (copy/paste) to who you like.

Am looking to buy a file upload script with ajax. Im a bit confused about using this one or the other script you offer “ajax file upload”. My requirement is for a web software im building where i need the user to upload a PDF file using ajax and the path should be available to store in mysql. Yes, this one should be a good choice for you. It can upload any type of file.
Hi! I am looking for an application I can install for this use: 1. I bulk-upload images using either an upload button, or preferred a drag and drop feature.
2. The images are then cropped and rescaled to e.g. 800×800px (a setting I choose), so that the whitespace around the image object is removed.
3. Then I either get a zip-file to download with the completed resized and cropped images, or they are reachable through an ftp.
So let’s say I have an image that is 400 in height x 800 in width. The application should now add a 200px white space on top and a 200px whitespace on bottom, so the image generated is 800×800. Example: https://pasteboard.co/bUXqE0UVacUe.png
OR if I have an image that is 800×400, it should add 200px whitespace to both the sides: Example: https://pasteboard.co/Cxco1vJltj1c.png

1. Bulk upload with drag and drop is possible, which you can check on demo page here: https://quanticalabs.com/ImageMultiUpload/help/ You will find there many different examples.
2. Scaling with cropping is also available.
3. Images by default are uploaded to directory on your server. You can set path in script config.
4. For the result which you would like to reach with adding white space, it might require some custom coding. Script doesn’t include such a functionality by default.
hello, there are problems with php 8.1.2? because it now upload image with this php version. If i downgrade to php 7.24.27 it work… how we can solve it?

In line with this, I would like to ask if is it possible to upload a folder with multiple images. the use for the folder is for data organization only and to avoid uploading the same images with the same name.
also, these images will be used for CSV files. We will get the link of the images and placed it on the CSV file and upload it with its details such as product name, description, etc.
is this possible with your product?

You can select all images in folder and upload them. If you would like to generated the csv file after upload, you can prepare appropriate code in php file. Script will provide the list of uploaded files.

The thing we just need when we upload the file is the File link or the file location inside the server. (eg product/images/shoes/SHOE_NAME.jpg)

Yes, you can get file link after upload and process it in php or js file if you would like to. To generate some csv file with all uploaded links, you will need to prepare custom code. Script is not including csv generation code.

What code do you mean exactly? Could you give an example?

I would like to rename my images before uploading. I have 3 different sizes of each image uploading to 3 different folders. What I need is … folder one to have filenames thumb1_1.jpg, thumb1_2.jpg, thumb1_3.jpg and so on. folder two to have filenames thumb2_1.jpg, thumb2_2.jpg, thumb2_3.jpg and so on. folder three to have filenames thumb3_1.jpg, thumb3_2.jpg, thumb3_3.jpg and so on.

Hi. I need to insert all uploaded images into a fixed background image, let’s say, 960×600 (aspect-ratio 1.6). The imagem, no mater it’s original size, must be into that moldure, with is own aspect ratio, starting at top-left position (or an other starting point), as bigger as it can be. If there is some space left on the right size (Asp-rat <1.6), or bottom (>1.6), it will be transparent but also part of the new image, The final image will be always with 1.6 aspect ratio, but the visible part will have the original aspect ratio. Does your script do that? Do you have any other script to do that? Thanks!

Script is providing ability to create thumbnails and also to add image watermark. You can use this functionality to set one image as background for other one. Anyway you may need some custom code to handle your specific case.

Plugin works for us on our demo site: http://quanticalabs.com/ImageMultiUpload/help/ under Chrome (flash enabled), so this is probably some issue on your end. You will need to renew the support to get help from our support team with this issue.

Yes, that is possible. You can integrate upload input with an exising form and you’ll receive all form data with uploaded files in $_POST array after form submit.
