I have a question about the plug-in, in the shortcode.php. On line 27:

This function is causing an issue with an integration by another third party software supplies, causing their product not to register a session properly. On a development-website I have commented out lines 14 and 27 to 45, which solve the issue between the plug-in and third party software and the plug-in (as far as I can see) still works properly.

On what does this function rely, and what is it used for? And can it do any harm disabling it?

Hover tooltip stopped working in version 6.0.23

6.0.23 is broken

My image maps are no longer displayed on hover and click since the update to 6.0.23 and Wordpress 6.7.1, even in preview mode in the backend? I have now installed version 6.0.20 again, here my image maps work again on hover on the desktop version and on click on the mobile version.I have two separate ImageMaps here.

Please fix it

I am designing a cinema hall seating plan in the demo version, but I need to change the seat rows and numbers one by one. For example, A1, A2, A,3 A,4, A5, etc. Considering that this will be from A-Z, is there a possibility to edit it in bulk as in figma?

I have a Pre-purchase question.

I tested the online editor on your site. I need a map of Europe, when I click on a specific country I want a second artboard to appear with a map of that country detail / map.

I have successfully imported the map of the whole europe via “new map”, but the second artboard with the map of the specific country is not working anymore. I always have to create a new file, I can’t link them then.

Is it possible to create this with your map? How?

Is it possible to leave a tooltip open when clicking on it? And having it closed when clicking outside of the tooltip? I have set the general setting to open then onClick, but when navigating the mouse outside of the tooltip it closes again.

how many layers can an image have? for example if i go to floor 3 or any other floor, can i click an individual room to open that room for more interactive layers inside?

By instructions I can insert shortcode in the tooltip, but it doesn’t work. It just shows shortcode code.

Exporting then importing a map works but does not save.

Can the all of the titles show upon loading of the map without having to hover? Like near each pin or interactive area?
