Hello! I just bought your plugin, it’s great.
Although I have just ran into an issue.
I was organising files in my media library, and out of nowhere, around 75% images have gone missing. They still appear on the front-end of my website, nothing has been deleted, they only no longer appear on my backend.
I have cleared my site cache, and the issue still exists.
Specific folders I created no longer have any media files associated with them.

Either way the images have not gone anywhere, the plugin does not affect the media library in any way, it only links images to folders, and this data is stored separately from the media table. But as I can see it’s a bug and it will be very interesting to find the reason and fix it.

If you use list mode you can watch this tutorial – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p6MadxXMq9c for grid mode we should just drag image to a target folder, or enable bulk, select images and drag them at once.
are these features planned: move media to Amazon S3 or compatible storage like wasabi etc,and sync. I would like the ability to download an entire folder. This is a important feature when managing large amount of media and folder. Deleting the folder does nothing as the media goes to uncategorized and then one has to look for to delete it or download one by one. A zip archive feature would be great. Another feature is to create folders that match the PC folder structure it was uploaded form.
1) Moving to Amazon S3 or other cloud storage. Not planned. 2) Deleting the folder. I can add an option in the dialog box to delete it along with the media files permanently. This can be done. 3) Download zip with images. Planned. 4) Upload zip with images and folder structure. This is also planned. Thanks for advices.
1. In the new – v2.1.2 there is not option to sort plugins in folders anymore, is this functionality will return?
2. At the moment there is personal and common folders. Is it possible to user role make personal folders adn in the same time see read only common folders?
3. In posts & pages there is shown pages by numbers, that not exist, not in trash, no drafts, not published. How to change that? On fresh plugin install and without any page and post there is show that I have two pages on folder. WP 6.4.2
1) Yes, I will return it 2) In the way you described, this is not possible. But we can make a security profile where users of one role can add, view, edit folders, and users of another role (or just specific users) can only read this structure. 3) I will check it.

Hello. You can try the latest version 2.2.0 from wordpress.org. It has such a feature – import folders and attachments from Real Media Library, if this plugin was installed in WordPress.
new version 2.0 will not install
There should be a message why this happened. Anyway, this version 2.0 is not compatible with the previous ones, I completely redesigned the plugin because this way I can add more features in the future, for that I need a base. You can install it on a new WordPress, or uninstall the old version with the option “full uninstall” = true (deactivate and then delete the plugin). Don’t forget to make backup your data just in case.
i completely removed the folder from the host but its still saying cant install with older version

When you navigate folders in media libarary, for example one of them have 5 pages and if you from page 4 click on another folder that have only 3 pages – as result list is empty so you need click library again or click 1 page and than navigate another folder. Overal: pages not resetting to first page when you move from one folder to another

Well, they use their own table view and not the standard WordPress WP_List_Table as I can see, this is one of the reason why my plugin can’t work with this. My plugin can work with standard wp posts, pages, media, plugin and user lists and custom post types, plug with some third-party plugins, not all of course.
When Advanced Ads active, we can’t work with standard posts, pages, media, some how they block each other. For example we cant ad folders in media. When Advanced Ads disabled its working

Hello. - What do you mean by “to group all post types”? The plugin can also work with custom post type lists that have been registered with the “register_post_type” function and use the “WP_List_Table” class to display items. - The group plugins feature is not implemented yet. - Auto-update works.

I don’t think I missed it). You can’t group wordpress plugins into folders yet. I hope it will be implemented in next versions. Now the plugin supports groups (folders) for media, posts, pages, users and custom post types (if it uses the standard wp list class to render).

I have installed my bought version on here the first time. I have used it on my website. It has worked well until an auto-update of all my extensions including these one. And now, when I want to add an image in a webpage using the media library with iFolders, it displays a message to buy the plugin.
I have desinstalled the plugin. reinstalled the plugin from codecanyon fresh download, the problem is persisting whatever I do. And I already bought it.
Please resolve that kind of problem(s) for your customers until they become mass people to handle.
I know, there is a problem with automatic updates of the plugin, it takes the free version from wordpress.org, so to update the pro version we should manually download the package from codecanyon. In the future I will fix this in future versions.
I have done it as you said to me by e-mail, as I already said in my first post here, and I suffer from a limitation of your business rules to incitate buying the plugin in the context of adding a new image.
Maybe you should check a if/then/else condition inside the code of your plugin.

This is now implemented, automatic update works correctly with the pro version of the plugin, too.
