Hi. I’m looking for a video player WordPress plugin that allows my visitors to create their own video playlist from a collection of checkboxes. So, user selects the videos that they’re interested in and then they click a button to be able to watch the playlist they’ve created. Can your plugin do this, and if not, would you consider coding it for us for an additional fee?

Can’t get to the videos to play in a live playlist on a live page. Shows my vids and my changes, but won’t actually play vids. Works fine in preview mode though.

It doesn’t matter that is an YouTube here, you can use a self-hosted video. Where you see (top right corner) “YOUR LOGO WATERMARK”, you can replace it with your own logo

Thanks for the example. That allready comes closer to my needs. But unfortunately I´m not able to find what I really want when I´m scrolling throught Your demos. You can set the player border color the same color as your website background and the player will look like there’s no border.

You are right. But there is still a border. It is just invisible. And it needs space. I definitely do not want that. Border width=0

The border must be at least 20px, the dimension of the controllers, because the controllers stay on the border.

If an additional fee comes on top I guess it will bee too expensive. But wouldn´t that be a good idea to implement a logo/watermark in general? YouTube doesn’t allow this behavior. The YouTube logo will only disappear while playing. It will appear on mouse over and on pause state.

Using phpMyAdmin you can export (and then import) the table for the player you want to use.
The table for ‘Universal Video Player’ playlist is ‘wp_universal_video_player_playlist’.

I exported the table using MyPhpAdmin. Then, to import I used the plugin WordPress CSV to Database. When I clicked Import, I got an error message that the number of columns in the csv file (1) does not match the # of columns in the table I wish to import to (11). Why isn’t the CSV separating the columns? Thanks
You should export & import the database tables with phpMyAdmin and export as.sql gzip not as .csv

Yes, the exact same table does exist, but different playlists. Both tables did have some of the same playerid. I was concerned what would happen in a data marge, so in MyPHPAdmin I changed the playerid value in settings, playlist and player ID of the table being imported into to values that don’t exist in the exporting table.

Which files are supposed to be in Universal Video Player plugin folder?
What I mean is that in the downloadable file, there are so many nested folders called “universal video player”, I am confused as to what I should upload when updating the manual. Could you either tell me the exact files and folders or show a screenshot? Thanks

Okay, so instead of updating the files manually, I should delete the plugin and just install the new zip file, right?
To update the plugin do the following:
1. Deactivate the plugin
2. Unzip ‘universal_video_player.zip’ and using a FTP account, overwrite ‘universal_video_player’ folder on your server, in ‘wp-content\plugins\’
3. Activate the plugin

In the Universal Video Player:
1) when I add the google tracking on, it messes up the player controls position. they all jumble to the left of the screen over each other. once i take out the google code, they return to their correct placement.
