Hi is it possible to add/ associate fields which will show according to the Product/ Category. For Example on Product1, text is shown and on Product2 page it is not shown or a different element like html or video is shown. If this is not possible in current version of module can you please add it, I will buy instantly after this feature will be added. As often many times we need to show different data according to different products or categories. Waiting to make a sale

Well,
with this module, you are able to create static HTML blocks. I mean that you can create the content you want, but you can not use product ids or any other dynamic parameter.
If you need to display different content for different products, then you need a module that allows you to set content per product.
It seems that you need a module like Advanced Custom Fields. Check Inno-mods portfolio to see the module.

Well, the plugin does not use overrides!
You can see the backend in the screenshots provided!
I allowed backoffice testing in the past in the demo, but the demo was messed up all the time, so backoffice testing is not available at the moment!

How do you get the coding from other blocks, like the ‘Filter By’ block, and reuse the border,background etc. I would have thought there might have been a button on the config page, to say make a clone from other blocks.

In order to create html blocks with similar layout to other native prestashop blocks, you need to get the html code of the blocks you want to clone.. To do so, you can use the html inspector of your browser! Locate the html block you want to clone and right click on it. Choose to inspect the element! Your browser will reveal the html of the selected element and you can choose which parts you want to mimic! This way, you can also find the css classes that are used to style each element!

Just bought this module, but it does not install on my PS1.7.0.2.
Error message says “Oops… Upload failed. What happened? This file does not seem to be a valid module zip”
Stupid me – I should have extracted the htmlanywhere.zip from the codecanyon-12811205-html-anywhere-for-prestashop.zip Then installed module htmlanywhere.zip
It installs OK
Why cannot php be entered as code. Not even as part of html ?

well, you can not add php through HTML Anywhere! Php is a server scripting language, and it is not part of HTML..
If you need to add php to your shop, you should do this by creating a module or by hard coding the original Prestashop controllers! Obviously, hard coding the Prestashop controllers, is not a good practice!

Can we add a banner in the category description ?
Hello,
if you want to add different banners for each category, then you can do that through the native prestashop functionality, by inserting them into category descriptions, or by selecting them as category cover images.
HTML Anywhere will help you, if you want to show the same banner or block of rich html in a specific position in your template. In your case before or after category descriptions. To do that, install the module. After the installation is completed, assign a custom hook exactly where you want ( exactly after/before category descriptions ) and create a custom html block with your banner for your custom hook..

Can I use this module to display youtube videos on the product page? Also Google Adwords on the sides or bottom?

yes, you can use HTML Anywhere both for youtube videos and Google Adsense. You can add all html – css – tags in your HTML Blocks and assign them in a hook!
If you need though to display a different video for each product, take a look out our other module, Custom Product Tabs, it allows you to add different content for each product.
