You might as well just sent a refund my entire website stops functioning (both frontend as backend) when using this plugin… Its not working at all..Looks very nice on codecanyon but puts website in whitescreen dead situation

I recommend you to see another our plugin – Image Map Pro. It’s much more advanced, and it will work fine with Layers. You can insert the image map on your page using a shortcode, just like with a normal WP theme. In it, you can customize the style of the tooltips (change their color).

Do you have the Layers theme? It is required for this plugin. You can quickly fix this by deleting the plugin’s folder from wp-content/plugins.

It’s basically an upgraded version of this one, without the Layers integration. You will be able to place the map on your page using a shortcode.

I seem to be having an issue with this plugin. I don’t know if it’s because I’m running Layers Pro and the latest version, but I can’t use any of the features of this plugin. It shows up in my customizers, but I can’t select an image. I press the button and nothing happens. Same for some of the other features. I’ve tried reinstalling a few times as well.

Are you using the Layers theme? If not, please contact Envato for a refund, it appears that you purchased the product by mistake.
