For the moment the backup is done locally, you have the possibility to put your cloud path as a database backup destination path.

Did you integrate a multi-user feature into it? Meaning, Super Admin, Manager and Staff. And there will be some restrictions given by the Super Admin

1- You can add a new the roles according to your needs (superAdmin / Admin / staff…) and the super admin can define the menus that each role can access

Yes, the c # source code and the sql script of the database are available and integrated in the application pack.
To see the availability of rooms according to a date, there is a graphical interface which manages it in the form of a colored table (green for available rooms and red if not available).
