In a bit confused after I came here to buy another license I noticed that the price went from like $40 up to $89 when there hasn’t been an update in a whole year am I missing something and please share any potential roadmaps to justify the sudden increase in price?

im interested in another handyman license but the direction it looks like your headed in in is to keep releasing adding like this was wordpress instead of just improving the actual main handyman which also has lacked an update in a while there are many missing things that could make the app better hopefully you fix that internally with out a n addon as the prices are already rising. make handy man great again and ill buy another license

Can a provider log in to the Handyman app using the same provider account, or do they need a separate account?

I mean, can they sign up using the same email address so that all information belongs to the same provider account and is shared across both logins?.

Currently, the system supports separate authentication flows for each role:

- User - Provider - Handyman - Admin

Each role has its own dedicated login panel (Web + 3 Apps) and operates under a strict role-based architecture.

Why the Same Email Cannot Be Used Across Multiple Roles:

- Email addresses are treated as unique identifiers within a role context, not as a global identifier. - The platform supports custom role creation. - Each role has different permissions, dashboards, and data scopes. - Access control and data isolation are managed strictly at the role level.

If a single email is used across multiple roles, it creates:

- Authentication conflicts during login - Complicated permission mapping - Security ambiguity (which role should load at login?) - Issues with audit trails and accountability tracking

For these architectural and security reasons, the system currently restricts using the same email across multiple roles.

This ensures: - Clear role separation - Secure authentication handling - Accurate permission management - Clean data ownership boundaries

However, if you have a specific business requirement for allowing a single email across multiple roles, we can certainly implement a customized solution.

We are currently working with several large-scale clients who have significant user bases and have approached us for similar enhancements. Based on structured planning and proper architectural adjustments, this requirement can be developed as a tailored customization.

When will the admin app be updated? When the app and website are updated, the admin app isn’t affected; they’re currently on version 11.15.1 and the admin app is on version 11.10.1.

I would like to make inquiry before i purchase. after i make my purchase does it mean you will help me setup my Apps for android and ios and admin, publish to the playstore .etc. Do i need my developer to do this for me? WHY arent you developers checking this app before releasing it ?.. this is outside of my scope of support as a customer to open a fresh app and get this many issues all the time .. i cant even get to any oersonal questions i needed because this whole time ive been working as your helper pointing out and identifying things that are either making your apps crash or error after adding a valid domain name and firebase api which are the ONLY steps im instructed to do
