We have just purchased the plugin. We created connected app got field mapping done under contact module for a specific form. We are testing the form on our website but it’s not feeding any contacts in Salesforce. Are we missing any step?

Please help!!! It seems that the plugin gets the form data into salesforce, but once there, nothing happens. It appears that once in Salesforce the triggers are not working. but if simply embedding a form, it works. btw… embedding forms is a nightmare to get working properly.

I successfully connected the plugin to Salesforce, but the form fields do not show up when I try to setup the integration. I’m using Salesforce Essentials. My purchase was verified. Here are the last digits – 072f31

My question was if you are able to develop an add-on for other form plugins like Super Forms developed by feeling4design. I currently have clients using those forms and would love to integrate with SalesForce directly without having to use a third party app like Zapier.

If so, I would be willing to pay to have it developed.

Pre-sales question: In one of the comments, you mentioned that the plugin doesn’t support updating leads, but that was a few months ago. Is it now part of the plugin? Or still a custom thing that you’ll have to do?

I am trying to integrate Salesforce with my Gravity Forms on Wordpress. Under the Salesforce Connected Apps Guide, the callback URL is incorrect. When I try to click on it, I get an error that says “The URL no longer exists.” Can you please get me an updated Callback URL? I believe it is not working because of Salesforce’s updated endpoints. This is probably happening to everyone trying to install the API.

I received an email today stating that SalesForce is changing it’s support for API endpoints and web-lead and web-case functionality. Jan 12, 2018. Essentially, they are changing the URL used to connect to SalesForce.

Please update the plugin accordingly so that I can continue to link Gravity Forms to Salesforce.

Been using the free Gravity Forms SalesForce Add-On on the plugin repository, but it hasn’t been updated in 3 years, and come January looks like Sales Force is changing how it does the Web to Lead functionality. My pre-sale question is…would this plugin support the new for SalesForce format to work with Gravity Forms? If so this may be a great solution for many. Let me know. Thanks.

Does your plugin cater for the latest endpoint update that is required by the 12th of January 2018?

W2C/W2L endpoints Websites using the W2C/W2L forms will cease to create new cases and/or leads within customers’ Salesforce orgs if the websites are not updated to use the new https://webto.salesforce.com endpoint URL by January 12, 2018. Action is required to to ensure no disruption to the creation of new cases and/or new leads prior to January 12, 2018.

Hello. I understand that your plugin add contacts, leads, cases into Salesforce but does your pluggin update contacts, leads, cases into Salesforce ? Example: if the admin modifies and updates existing entries in gravity forms, does your plugin update the existing contacts, leads, cases in Salesforce ?

Hi, what’s the best way to debug the API calls for the plugin? It creates Contacts without a problem, but for some reason it doesn’t create Leads. Thanks!

Hi there, This plugin is setup and working properly except for one thing. While the form entries (name, email, etc.) are showing up in Salesforce, the multi-option picklist is not populating properly (it’s just empty). Do you have any suggestions as to why this might be happening, and how I can fix it? Thanks.
