If a person with the same email feels out 2 different forms on our website, it unfortunately creates two different leads in salesforce…i.e. this plugin creates duplicates. it’s not able to check if there is already a lead with that same email address

Hi, presale question. Does this plugin support multiple feeds per form? Reason is, a user can have a profile on our site and their SF lead gets updated when they update their profile. Problem is when their lead is converted to a contact. I would still like to update the contact if the profile is updated. For this, I think we need a 2nd feed on the form. Thanks

Hi, I see in the comment before me that you say it doesn’t work with Salesforce For Non Profits. Would you care develop why? Indeed we are very much interested in linking GF with Salesforce and we have salesforce for Non profits, and it seems to me that SF for NP is a completely normal Salesforce instance, (enterprise on lightning). Why then would it not work?

Hi, pre-sales question – When the free Katz GF to Salesforce plugin stopped working for me, I replaced it with Zapier. Thought that’d work fine. Problem is, Zapier uses the REST API to push data into Salesforce, and it turns out, that API doesn’t trigger native Salesforce email notifications we badly need. Salesforce support said the SOAP API triggers the notifications, but Zapier doesn’t support SOAP, just REST. Does your plugin support the SOAP API? Thanks.

Are you able to conditionally send to salesforce based on a field’s value? Say there’s a drop down, and only some of the options will send to salesforce if selected.

I have setup a Gravity Form with some conditional settings so that Submission Type A has different IDs than Submission Type B. When I am assigning which entry goes where in Salesforce can I leave some blank? If a form only includes information that is not sent to Salesforce will it not create a new entry?
