does this plugin have multisite functionality?
We haven’t tested it recently on a multisite but it should work anywhere that Gravity Forms does.
Hi! How to add the conversion on my facebook account?
Hii,
If you are looking for help to set up your tracking on Facebook, you will need to contact Facebook support.
To set up the tracking code in your form: 1) Go to the form settings and select FB Pixel Tracking 2) Fill in your tracking ID from Facebook 3) Add the Event Name. It should be one of the following: ViewContent, Search, AddToCart, AddToWishlist, InitateCheckout, AddPaymentInfo, Purchase, Lead or CompletedRegistration 4) Fill in the rest of the info with your custom values.
Cheers, Hiilite Support
I have purchased the plugin and I am not sure how can I track gravity form submittal. I’d like to log submittal as a customer conversion where the action is the submittal.
Does this work with Wordpress versions 5.x?
Hi there!
I’m wondering if this plugin will help us track events on 1 gravity form that is used on 2 different screens and 1 URL?
So user enters account info on screen 1 and goes to screen 2. Screen 2 is the same URL and the same Gravity Form.
Since the URL doesn’t change, we’re having a tough time tracking FB events accurately.
Hii, the plugin submits events on pagination as well as on form submission bu there isn’t a way to chose one or the other. Depending on the information you want to track, you may want to utilize the pixel along with Gravity Forms conditional logic features to refine you tracking.
Hi there what is the difference between this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/gf-facebook-pixel-tracking/ and this??
also When Redirect is enabled in fb there duplicate events appearing instead of one, how to solve?
HI there, just a couple of pre-sales question if we may…
+ What is the difference between this plugin and the one listed in the WP repository?
+ Does this plugin work with Ajax enabled for Gravity forms?
Kind regards Francois Wessels
Hii franwess, + We’re not sure which plugin within the WP repository you’re referring to, but the ones we did find do not offer the same functionality, nor do they seem to have great support. + Yes, the plugin does work with Ajax enabled forms.
