I just bought the plugin and can't use it. When you try to activate it, it asks for a license number...which was never emailed or provided. When I add my email address to request the license, it says there's no activated account. This seems like a complete fraudulent rouse. Need a refund immediately, please. For the record, I have emailed, and submitted a support ticket.

This is not very easy to set up. After I got it working, I found that the implementation is poor as well. It does sync, but does not update rows that it have already synced. Instead, it adds the entire entry list to the bottom of the sheet. Disappointingly, it's easier to manually copy a CSV than to use this plugin.

The plugin is stopped by Google Api, because there is no timeout in your plugin code.

Works really quite well for us - after we have figured out how to connect this plugin to our google acount. This is a bit complicted actually but it's mainly due to Google's security settings and stuff. So you have to go through this mess once anyway, regardless which plugin you use.
It is true that the documentation of ths plugin needs some clarification but their customer support is so helpful und fast that it did not take me long to get it running.
So I would recommend it and love how easy it can be reconfigured once it is running.

extremely unhappy. it requires lots of configurations with api, no guidance given. after all done, still doesn't syn properly. only syncs 5 column, I had 15 columns. didn't used at all and I want refund.

for Documentation Quality

There is a massive step in the documentation that is intentionally missing, it makes it very misleading. Installing this is a project, not a task. I read the documentation first and it took me 30 mins to find out that the 90% of it is missing from the beginning to make it look much easier and quicker. I would not have purchased if this was the case. Very deceptive.

The plugin is broken. We switched instead to "Gravity Forms Google Spreadsheet Add On" which works perfectly.

Plugin stopped working after 1 month and even though support got me a new plugin, it still didn't work. Moved to another option using zapier to Google Sheets using Gravity Forms

Let me start by saying this is not the simplest way to integrate Gravity Forms and Google Sheets. The simplest way by far is to use Zapier. That said, Zapier has an ongoing cost with associated limits on the number of records that will sync, so you'll need to balance that out with the effort that it takes to set this one up.

And setup is not always entirely straightforward. Immediately after downloading from Envato I installed it and it didn't show up where it was supposed to. Contacted support and they told me to download an even more recent version. Still didn't show up. I was off by a point release on Gravity Forms and it finally showed up.

Add to that the unique setup required for Network Sites (aka Wordpress Multisite). It cannot be Network Activated and still work. It needs to be activated site by site.

You are creating a custom Google Cloud Platform app for this to work. If you aren't technical, there is a walkthrough document, and this is how they step around the ongoing cost associated with other services that do the same thing, but it is not for the feint of heart.

The UI of the plugin is not entirely straightforward. For example, in the Setup, you have the ability to name the individual columns. You're told to save settings before updating them, but there is actually no 'Save' button. Similarly after data wasn't flowing during several tests, I determined that you have to click an 'Update Spreadsheet Headers' button to get it to work. Similarly if you don't have enough columns in your spreadsheet, misspell your sheet name or any number of other items, you'll get unhandled errors that are hard to decipher.

And one item that I assume must be a bug: If you click 'Sync All Entries' it syncs *all* entries, including entries that have been deleted from Gravity Forms (you can manually go into the Gravity Forms table and drop these records, but that seems like overkill given that they are flagged as deleted).
