I recently started using Graphina in a private dashboard for each of my students, and they were amazed by the insights they could see. You’ve created an amazing WordPress plugin—thanks a million for it!
That said, I wanted to let you know that five charts aren’t displaying on the site. I tested it on both my Windows computer and my iPad, using Brave Browser and Safari, and the issue persists on both.

Regarding the issue with the five charts not displaying, could you please first clear your site/browser cache and check again? Sometimes cached assets can prevent the latest chart scripts from loading correctly.
Also, please share the page URL where the issue is happening so we can review the exact setup from our side.

I tested though Safari, Brave, and Arc browsers – on my cellphone, a Windows Laptop and an iPad. A friend of mine also reported me he couldn’t see these ones on his iMac.

We have now fixed the display issue for the Mixed, Nested, Org, Brush, and Database charts on our homepage.

The Google Geo Chart and Org Chart are already added on the demo page. You can open that page with Elementor and review the settings to see how they are configured.
For the Brush Chart, you can add it from the Graphina elements inside Elementor.

I installed the free plugin directly from the WordPress plugin area so I could test it before buying Graphica Pro. However, I encountered a conflict with another plugin I use, WPBookit Pro. When Graphina was enabled, WPBookit Pro didn’t work. I had to disable Graphina in order to keep using WPBookit Pro.
Could you please check this issue?

Graphina Pro does not have any limitation on the number of remote SQL databases it can connect to. You can connect to as many external databases as needed, as long as your server resources and configuration support those connections.

Will this ever be compatible with Breakdance Builder? Or a Breakdance version of this be made?

Our Graphina product is currently available on Elementor, Divi Builder, and WordPress’s default Gutenberg page builder. However, it is not available for the Breakdance Builder.
I updated with Graphina Pro latest version and it works well. But when I updated Graphina Charts & Graphs (free version) to 2.0.5, all column charts are collapsed. Tried many times but still fail. I suggest team to check.

Hi can this work on non elementor wordpress site?
Unfortunately, Graphina Elementor is not compatible with non-Elementor WordPress sites.
Alternatively, if you are using the Divi builder, you can opt for the Graphina Divi plugin.
If you don’t use Elementor or Divi, we also offer Graphina Gutenberg, which is compatible with the WordPress block editor.

There is something very sub-standard with this company. They manually make you update their Graphina Pro, When you update it (more than once) they make a mistake and don’t update to the current version, When you try to contact them through their support on their website they don’t list graphina pro as an option as one of their products.

I tried to submit a “support ticket” at https://iqonic.desky.support/login ; I logged in with my codecanyon credentials, then in your product category drop down menu there was no option to choose “Graphina Pro” so it doesn’t allow you to proceed. This is a complete waste of my time.
