Hello, I have just purchased this plugin because I want to use this badge, exactly how you have it looking at your website. Screenshot: https://cloud.metalpotato.com/0M1gmJQC

The badge shortcode has created a badge which looks like this: https://cloud.metalpotato.com/ZXzNbvDx

So specific changes I’d like to make to ensure it looks exactly like your badge:

1. Show the G google logo in place of our image.
2. Based on XX reviews is missing, so would like to add
3. When you click your badge, the reviews pop in from the right of the screen. When I click my embedded badge, nothing happens.
If you could advise me, it would be appreciated.

Also, yes the plugin have a positive impact on SEO. Since it draws data from Google itself, Google likes and would rank well a website that feeds their data.

I created a new API and the problem is the same. Manual update of new reviews not working. “Maybe this is not an issue, maybe there are no new reviews sorted by Google for the business?” I confirm that there are many new reviews.

Hi there,

You may have new reviews in your business, but based on Google API, the reviews being imported are the ones sorted by Google as “most helpful”.

If Google does not sort and replace the previously sorted ones, then the plugin cannot import new reviews.

You can try importing review from a different business which you have integrated in the plugin before.

Hi, I see that in the live preview example “the coffe fox” there are 1330 reviews but on the google page for that business there are 1604 reviews. Are the reviews updated automatically? Thank you

Hi in your FAQs it says the plugin can display detailed information like the business website. Are you sure there is a setting for displaying the website of the business along with reviews?

Hi, Your product is excellent, but the problem is that people just utilise the blog functionality of WordPress. For example, I have a PHP-based business website and a WordPress blog. The issue is that I want to display data from your plugins on our home page of the website, yet they are not WordPress plugins. How can we do that? Hope you got my point
