those markers will only appear on my google map or on public google map i.e. when people goto native google map, they can see my markers.

It will generate an HTML page and will add Google Maps to it. Then it will display markers on it. Then you can upload this HTML page to your website or run it locally for personal use. And these markers will appear with you or your website only.
